If you don't know Henry Ford then probably you don't know the history of perseverance. Henry Ford is known for building affordable, fast and high quality cars. His story is of of the best stories in the world. His greatness was widely recognized in the whole world. But how did Henry Ford build the Ford company that was still dominant up to these days? the answer is very simple.... THROUGH CONSISTENCY AND PERSEVERANCE. That was his simple formula. He admitted that he was not talented nor smart or gifted. He just believe in himself too much that he cannot sleep anymore until his dreams come true. He didn't even go to a popular school, he was just a typical ordinary man but his work ethic is insane, his wife tells a story that Henry Ford doesn't know how to quit, once he started something... he will finish it even if it's too hard. He will never wait for tomorrow, he will finish it today. According to his wife, his willpower is so scary... once he want something... he will start right away, he will never stop, he will even do irrational things just to make his dreams come true.

He just came from a poor family, his father was just a farmer. But his farmer was also a very hard worker and never complain in life. According to Henry Ford, he inherit his work ethic from his father, he followed the footsteps of his father and apply what he learned to his dreams. Little by little he rose to the top, he did anything to earn a lot of money. He almost try every available job in town, he was not even playing during his childhood because most of his time goes to helping his father and family.

HE USES THE POWER OF OBSESSION

He was simply obsess in building his company. He doesn't know anything about cars, he doesn't know anything about engines but he was so obsess in building it. He take it step by step, inch by inch and day by day. He was relentless in finding a way how to move forward. Everything that he was thinking is about building his own car. He doesn't think about anything else. He was so obsess to the point where he almost forgot to eat and take a bath because most of his time goes to his dream. He is all in for his dreams, he uses all of his power and money to make his dreams come true. He never believe that he is going to fail. He has this burning desire that can move mountains. He never waste any of his time, he was so dedicated and he never have any other hobbies like sports or something, he just devoted his time for his dreams.

HE CAN IGNORE THE CRITICS AND FEEL NOTHING FROM THEM.

This is one of the strongest quality that Henry Ford has... he can ignore critics and feel nothing from them. When the news broke out that he is going to build his own car company, a lot of critics broke out too. Some of his relatives were even calling him crazy, some people were laughing at him and doubting his dreams. But Henry Ford simply ignore them, he keeps on pushing forward. He focus on what he want, he just ignore those people who were belittling him. He never argue with anyone, he easily forgive the people who were trying to pull him down. He just knew that if he listen to them then he will lose his focus and tenacity because he will only feel bad, a lot of his time will be wasted. 

It's easy to feel bad if someone call you crazy or delusional, it's easy to lose focus of someone is throwing below the belt lines at you but Henry was different he was just smiling every time he hear bad things from someone.

There were lot of black propaganda that people uses against him but he just keep moving forward and continue his dreams, he never feel unmotivated even if the world is against him.

HE CAN PUSH PEOPLE TO THE LIMITS

According to his workers, Henry Ford was really pushy. He was a perfectionist, he is willing to go further as he can and sometime she was terrorizing his workers. He wants more from them. Some of his workers would want to leave the company because of the heavy load of work but they cannot because Henry Ford can pay them good salary, Henry was generous and he uses money to motivate his workers. he will give a lot of bonus to workers who were doing well and can work for more than 12 hours a day. He was really good in motivating people, he can make a someone work so hard, he knows where to push the button to keep someone going.

HE DIDN'T BELIEVE IN FAILING

Henry doesn't believe in failing. Once he fail... he keeps on trying again, he knew that there is a way to everything. He knew that the universe is just testing him and all he needs to do is try for one more time and he will succeed. he simply Believe in the power of perseverance, he knew that all he needs to do is push and everything will be alright. Most people will quit once they fail for a several times but Henry was different, according to him he is willing to fail a million times just to become successful. He has a fixed mindset, once he started something... he is willing to die for it until it becomes successful. He uses the same formula over and over again and that is to persevere and keep pushing forward no matter what. He uses the power of repetition, he repeat something everyday and try to make a little improvement. He was known for using the trial and error method, he just keeps on going even if the solution for something looks impossible, he try every possibility that he can try.
