To make the process easier... you need to make it fun, you need to find ways how to make it nor enjoyable so you can do it longer. Because at the end of the day... you can work so hard but if there is no more fun to what you're doing then you will have a miserable life, you will quit in the long run.

You can make anything fun if you will just embrace the hustle and grind, imagine that you're always getting better every time you do it, imagine that you're improving and you're on your way to greatness. Any process will become boring if you have an ugly attitude towards it, fix your attitude and any work will become very fun. It's all about your attitude, if you're an unappreciative lazy person then you will really feel bad while working. But if your attitude is great and you simply appreciate that you're doing something then the process will become so much fun, you will never even notice that the work is almost over.

For example in office work, it's so boring when you already mastered the work right? it feels so unchallenging if all you do is type the documents that your boss is asking you to. Now is the time to add some fun to it. It's either you finish the work fast and then you study some lessons about some other business secretly or you promise yourself to do more work so your boss will be impressed at you and you will have a good chance of being promoted. It's all about adding a different perspective to your work, it's all about pushing yourself a little bit and stretching yourself a little bit so that the work will become a little bit more fun. If you're not challenging yourself anymore then there will be no more fun, it will become very boring. It's your duty to make you work excited, it's your duty to find some motivation from your work so that you will become more productive and energetic.

Another example is in jogging. If you're doing it everyday and you're not having fun about it anymore then it's time to take it to another level. Join some marathon, go to a place where there are more competitive joggers, go to a place where you can find some pretty ladies jogging too. You can always add some fun to a specific process, it's up to you how will you become more creative of it. It all depends on how playful you are.

NO WORK IS BORING

A work only becomes boring if you don't like it anymore or you can't like it. You can like a work that you don't like if you will just adjust the perspective, change the narrative of it. Just think that you are doing it so that your mental game will become much better. Because it is true... if you're doing something that you don't like and you're not quitting... your mental game will reach another level. You will be able to endure more stress, you can adapt to any situation much easier and any hard work will become an easy work.

All you have to do is move forward and enjoy the moment, appreciate that you can still work but not all the time you can work. Time will come and your body will become weak and you won't be able to move anymore. So be happy now if you can still work because it will not last forever. That strength will soon fade so keep devouring the opportunity that you can still move and do something great in your life.

CHASE GREATNESS IN ANY KIND OF WORK

Work will become more fun if you will chase greatness. Even if you're just a janitor... you can still chase greatness, be great while cleaning the floor, be great while cleaning your designated area. People will notice it, your boss will notice it. And even if nobody appreciates you... it is still good for you because it will become your attitude, greatness will become your habit and you can apply it to other areas of your life. Having the habit of being great is the key to a different opportunity. You will attract better opportunities because your greatness is so attractive, it can never be ignored.

Have you every seen an ice cream vendor who's playing with ice cream so well, he is having some magic tricks, he is entertaining a lot of people. He is so great right? it looks like he's having a lot of fun with his work. It's because he put some creativity into it, he challenges himself to become great at something, and that's why he is not bored doing his work, he is excited everyday to do it.

DO SOMETHING A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENT

Add a different process to a common process. For example if your way of earning money is through selling insurance. You can have more fun on it while selling some other products while doing your primary job, you can sell some gadgets while doing it, it sounds odd or weird but the key here is to gain more and challenge yourself. If you're doing something different then your common and boring world will become a little bit more fun. There will be a change in your routine so the process will become more challenging and fun.

If you're doing the same routine over and over again then there will be time when you will become bored of it. It's time to put a little difficulty to it. Look for something that you can add that will have some benefits in the end. For example if you're a basketball player that all does is practice shooting everyday, why not practice doing some crossovers and shoot? why not practice a shot that is hard to guard and difficult to stop? master it and amaze people because you can do that kind of shot. If you're learning some new tricks then the process will become more fun, you will become excited because it's a new routine that is changing the chemistry of your mind and body.

IT'S BECOMING BORING BECAUSE YOU CAN'T SEE YOURSELF EVOLVING

The only reason why it's already boring is because you can't see any progress from it, you can't see growth. Look at some employees who were working for a specific company for 10 years or more... they look really bored with their work, they look so sick and tired, they were complaining and they were cursing their job but they don't want to leave it. It's because they were not finding some ways how to evolve from their work, they were not forcing themselves to become creative. For sure there is a way how to enjoy a specific job... it's just that they were lazy trying to find it. It's your duty how to make the process even more fun, it's your obligation to make it sustainable forever.
