IT'S ALL IN

Changing yourself is all in. You need to be all in, you can't be exerting a little effort every now and then and expect things to happen. You need to use all of your energy and focus if you want success to be guaranteed. All of your time, all of your resources... you need to use them. It's like gambling and using all of your money, taking the chance to bet on something and hoping to win.

If you will become conservative and not use everything you have... there is a big chance that you will fail. The fate loves the brave, it favors the courageous ones who are willing to pay the price to change their lives.

There is no more turning back now, you can't stop now. You've already sacrifice a lot of things and time, you're already done a lot for your dreams so there is no more turning back now. It's all or nothing.

Do everything you can and hope for success to favor you. If you can't go all in then that is the purpose of dreaming? use everything in your power to make your life successful, that is what it is all about. It's hard in the beginning but the reward is really good in the end. Never hold back, never care if you will lose everything just go all in.

Don't be afraid that you might lose everything if you go all in because you can always make a comeback if you lose, you can always turn things around.

If you have a business go all in, if you have a dream or goal go all in. You have to take it super seriously if you want to win, go all in.

You will never fail if you go all in, if you have the confidence, if you work super hard... you will never fail. Because even if you fail on the first try... you will still try again and again until you win. That is what is going all in all about. It's like giving your life for something, it's like you have no choice but to win, it's like having a tunnel vision and a very hungry mentality to become victorious.

People who become successful have really strong faith in what they're doing, they pair it with work ethic that's why they became successful, they never doubt themselves, they use everything they have. They put all of their energy to what they want that's why they get it. So if you can't go all in then don't even bother trying because you will only fail. If you really believe that you're going to win then you will use every ounce of energy you have to become successful. Even if you think that you're already losing, you will still fight, you will never think about giving up just for a second.

So decide now if you will go all in, if you are doubtful of yourself, if you are hesitant then just go home and do something else. Success will never bless a coward person.

Life is so short to fall short, going all in is the only way to secure the victory. 

WHY ARE PEOPLE AFRAID TO GO ALL IN?

1. They can'st see themselves winning from the very beginning. You have to have a tremendous belief in yourself, you have to see yourself winning or else you will never become motivated in life, you have to make yourself believe that no matter how hard the challenge is... you will still thrive in the end.

2. They don't want to fail. If you don't want to fail then you will never succeed, as simple as that. You must not be afraid of failure because repeated failures will make you wiser, tougher and hungrier. The more you fail, the more you will become angry and hungry to become successful. You will become sick and tired of your life and you want a big change so you will go all in the next time.

3. They're so afraid of the pain. Going all in is painful, that is the reality. You need to stay late working, you need to give up sleep. You need to sacrifice not going to your friend's party, you need to work hard everyday even if you feel so tired, you need to use the last dollar in your pocket to survive your business, you need to leave your stable job just to pursue your real dream. It is really painful and draining that's why people were so afraid of it. It is scary because it will even be painful if you didn't succeed.

4. The habits is not yet there. Winning is a habit, they are simply lazy that's why they can't go all in. They want to work hard in their minds but they can't do it because nobody can become a hard worker right away, you need to take it step by step and endure every stress of working hard. You need to develop an iron will that you will never stop working, you need to practice it everyday. It's a commitment, it's not one time effort of working hard and becoming successful right away.

5. They want it fast. Everybody knows that being successful and winning takes a lot of time, people can't go all in and not willing to go all in because they know that it takes years and years to become successful. If they can't have it in a month or two... they will not even bother staying with the grind for a very long time. If you will go all in you must know that it will take a very long time to become successful, if you want shortcuts then success is not for you, you must do something else like robbing a bank or donating your kidney for fast money. Patience is the key here, just wait and work wait and work, repeat again and again.

But going all in is the guarantor of success, you need to stop being conservative, give your life for something, use all of your energy... that is the only way to succeed.
