You just need to ignore something and it will stop, you don't even need to do anything. Just ignore it and it will stop, be quiet, don't be guilty, don't be defensive... ignore it and it will stop, you will feel better, you will live happier.
If someone is bothering you, if someone is threatening you, if someone is making you feel bad... just ignore him and he will stop. Treat him like dead, treat him cold, don't talk to him and don't ever show him that you are affected of his actions towards you. The power of ignoring is very powerful, you can make someone feel weak by just ignoring him.
Just like in pain, if you are feeling something painful... just ignore it, don't cry about it, don't whine about it. Do your best while feeling it and it will be gone in a while. All you have to do is endure and that's it.
Sometimes you are just being dramatic and soft. You are just making things worse by focusing on it. Why don't you just ignore the negativity and focus on positivity? You can stop anything by taking away your focus on it.
Even the "bad luck" as what they called it. It will stop if you start focusing on the nice things in your life.
