IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW MUCH WEIGHT YOU GAIN FOR AS LONG AS YOU'RE EXERCISING EVERYDAY

You don't need to lose weight if you are exercising everyday. If you gain weight for whatever reason or maybe because it is holiday and you ate a lot of food... don't worry because losing weight is not an urgent thing to do, even if you got fat a little bit, even if you look twice your size as last month... don't worry because for as long as you are exercising everyday... you can make that weight go down easily. Because you have a healthy habit and that is exercising.

If the healthy habit is still there in your system... there is nothing to worry about. Because you can always make your weight go down anytime you want to. Just push yourself a little harder and that's it.

That is the benefit of exercising everyday, you will not worry and not get depressed when your weight is going up. Because you knew that you have the antidote for it. You can also easily control your eating habits because it is very easy to get disciplined if you are sweating everyday. Your willpower is still there if you are exercising, your ability to push and abstain is still strong. Because exercise gives you the mental toughness, it gives you the motivation to do anything with your body.

If you are still exercising everyday... you will still feel energetic even if you are gaining a lot of weight, you will still feel determined to make your body beautiful. You are still in control, YOUR MIND IS STILL IN THE RIGHT PLACE, in other words... you still have a momentum.

Unlike a bum who is not exercising everyday... everytime he gets fat...he will feel bad, he will feel depressed. He don't know what to do, his confidence is going down. That is the problem of the obese people.. they are out of control because nothing is controlling them, they can't even control themselves.

Exercise will control you, it will guide you into the right direction. You can easily control your eating habits because just like I said... willpower was strengthen through exercise and all you need is willpower to control your eating habits.

The duration of your exercise should not be less than 30 minutes a day, that is the minimum. Never believe those ten minute exercises that will rip your body, you will not gain anything from it. And also you need to sweat like hell, you need to feel that you're catching your breathe, you need to feel some pain. That is why walking is useless, it is only for the old people who can't run. But if all you can do is walk for whatever reasons like age or knee injury... you still need to sweat, do something that will make you sweat, there are millions of different exercises you can do that can make you sweat without running, look on the internet. No excuses are allowed.
