So you're not in a mood to exercise huh? you're not in a mood to look for a work, you're not in a mood to do some business transactions, you're not in a mood to have fun, you're not in a mood to work.
Wow! when is the last time that you have a perfect mood? when is the last time that you feel perfect? The truth is you will never be in a perfect mood, you will never feel great. A little bit of discomfort is really part of your life and you have to accept it if you want to thrive in life. You have to accept that heaviness in your head and body because it will only go away once you are moving.
A perfect mood is just a dream, it is nothing but an illusion. Life is a balance of joy and pain. It is either you embrace the pain first and have joy later or have joy now and feel the pain later. If you will enjoy the deliciousness of sleeping all day and not working for your business or whatever it is, you will feel the pain later of being bankrupted or having lesser money. If you will enjoy now being lazy then you will feel the pain later for rushing because your deadline is almost there.
But if you will feel the pain now of sacrificing and working hard.. you will enjoy the fruits of labor later, you will become very happy. It is up to you what order of feelings you wanted to follow. Is it feeling happy now or feeling happy later?
A lot of successful people were always not in a mood to perform but they still manage to perform well because they don't believe in their emotions. That is the beauty of life... challenging yourself to take actions even if you don't feel it. Strong people get the best of their emotions, they never let negative emotions control them.
You will never be in a perfect mood but you still need to move. You're not a king or a prince who can just sleep all day and still remain in power. If you will not force yourself to take actions now then you will remain as a bum forever.
Don't look for the greatest mood before you move, drag yourself if you need to. Endure that negative emotion now because it will change later.
Something that powers your mind. It is about motivation, self discipline, mental toughness, success, self development, achieving goals, techniques and ways to give you advantages in life.
