When you want to eat that cake but didn't do it that's how magic happens, that's how progress happens. When you want to smoke but didn't smoke, when you want to watch porn and didn't watch... that's how improvement of your life begins. Because greatness doesn't mean adding talent or power, it means stopping all the activities that makes you weak, as simple as that. You don't need a life coach to improve your life you just need to stop watching TV all day, stop scrolling on social media, stop wasting time and that's it... you're life already improved, you just need to stop wasting a lot of energy for meaningless things and the right actions will happen automatically. You are really good in sabotaging yourself that's why you're stuck in a mud. You rely on tomorrow, tomorrow you will change, tomorrow you will work harder, tomorrow you will focus but that tomorrow didn't come because you're too addicted to pleasures and comfort, you're too invested with an idea that one day you're going to change yourself and your life will change fast. Change must happen slowly, watch yourself 24/7, you need to stay conscious and stop letting the autopilot programming run and ruin your life. You are running subconsciously that is why you can't control yourself. Change will happen by watching your thoughts, actions, reactions and words. You need to watch yourself carefully and see if the character you are playing is aligned with your goals. This is very simple, ask yourself.. is what you're doing now helping you to reach your goals and change your life? if you can ask yourself this question all the time then you're already improving. Once you find yourself sabotaging your life again, stop right away and go the other direction, go to the opposite of your old self and never look back. Create a new identity and live with it. Why are you stopping now? why is your confidence going down? what thought triggers you to be on that state of mind? you need to be mindful of yourself all the time, you need to keep going further if one thought bothers you. Always remember that you can still keep going, keep trying even if you are feeling bad. Emotions will never create results, you have to be aware if you are being emotional and put yourself on a neutral state to make the right decisions. Never stop pushing, never stop doing what you need to do and just go all the way. Keep pushing even if your mind is telling you to stop, never let an unwanted thoughts or a random thought stop you. You can become unstoppable if you can watch your mind and never let your thoughts control you. There should be a counter action for every fearful thought, any scary thought should be a trigger to keep moving forward and continue what you've just started.
