Don't eat, don't consume, don't look for junk food, don't look for instant gratification. Life gets harder because you wanted to eat a lot, your money goes away, your health goes away, energy is running out every time you eat because your body is working double time. I'm not saying to stop eating forever, just don't eat when you don't need to, only eat when you're hungry, really really hungry not when hungry a little bit. Because your body has habits too. The weak and obese people are eating right away every time they feel a little hungry which is bad, they are training their willpower to become weak, plus they are spending a lot of money which they could have use for some other important things to make them better. Food is a trap especially the junk foods, it is weakening you, it is making you broke and slow, it is making you a worse version of yourself. Don't eat food for a long time and you will see the benefits, learn to fast, learn to practice delayed gratification. If you want a stronger body, sharper mind and faster pace... stop eating. Eating too much will make you slower, weaker and rustier, it will never give anything good to you especially if you are eating fast food, junk food and processed food. Life gets easier when you're not eating, focus on exercising, drinking water and breathing some real air plus exposing yourself to sunlight... this is what will give you power, energy and endurance to slave any kind of problem, this will make your mentality stronger than ever. Discipline yourself to get better, to mind your diet and never let temptation weaken your mind and body, temptation is puts you in trouble, you know what to do but you're not doing it because you want to have fun all the time, you want to satisfy your cravings, you are easily get fooled by commercials that a certain product is healthy and delicious. You need to stop being weak, strength comes from making sacrifices and doing the right things even if it is hard. If you want power you need to control yourself and stop eating just because it is delicious Food will make you weak, keep this in mind and remind yourself every time you are salivating for a pizza or burger that you don't even know the ingredients. Starting today no more dirty foods on your body, no more processed foods, no more junk foods, sweets and anything that eats your cells. You need to wake up and commit to power, commit to strength, it will only happen through fasting and practicing delayed gratification, it feels so much better when you are lighter and faster, it feels so much better when you are getting stronger everyday through exercise, meditation and fasting. It is only hard in the beginning but once you get use to it... you will feel more energetic, power doesn't come from satisfaction, it comes from stopping yourself from eating what you think is needed. Never let commercials, posts, advertisements tempt you, you don't need those trash. Every food nowadays is a trash so stop envying other people who are eating delicious foods because they are only poisoning themselves. You must be proud of yourself when you are not eating because most people can't do that.
