HACK THE MIND BE READY WHEN YOU'RE NOT READY




One by one second per second, mistake by mistake, inch by inch, step by step and day by day. Never let the momentum die, never let the progress go back to start, never let a temptation stop you. If you want to live differently and attract new things and experiences into your life you have to change that you're going to change now. You have to watch yourself, forget the past, forget your mistakes, forget everything that is trying to stop you and live like a different person now. This is going to be hard but it is possible. If you want power, strength and control... you need to make yourself uncomfortable. At least try, trying will make you feel good, doing it will make you feel better. It doesn't matter if you are ready or not, what matters is you are doing something and you are leading yourself to improvement not to getting worse. You can get better today, it's just a matter of avoiding temptations and weak activities that weakens your mind, soul and body. This is all about focus and nothing else. Make yourself better by focusing on what is right for you and your future. Thoughts that attracts different experiences, cultivate it. Actions that will make you a little bit better, focus on it even if it is just .0005 percent improvement, it's much better than getting worse. Most people want it fast not knowing that all the need to do is master themselves and they will win. Get addicted to small wins, small sacrifices means small wins, getting uncomfortable while moving towards your ambition is already an improvement. You need to be mindful and be really present here, you need to watch yourself all the time and stop being a clown. If you're sick and tired of your old life then force the change. You will experience new feelings and situations by depriving yourself of old patterns that is making you feel safe but makes you stagnant forever. It's time to feel uncomfortable, it's time to get faster, bolder and more aggressive. The era of a weak version of you is over, it's time to transform now and it will only happen by enduring the stress and pain little by little, embrace it, it's like meditating. You feel it and you move forward, you don't need to rush here, you just need to stop wasting time. So if you really wanted to change... change your habits, erase he autopilot that is running your system. Watch your mind, what is it thinking now? if it is not serving you then change the subject, think differently. When successful people told you to think differently they mean stop thinking the old way, stop operating your mind with old programming. You don't need to become a genius or creative here, you just need to think differently than your old thoughts. It means you need to avoid all the thoughts that are running the old programming, it means you need to forget or ignore the thoughts that are trying to stop you from taking action. You can do this by taking actions even if you don't feel it, start even if you're not ready, just do it even if you feel lazy... that is how to hack your mind.
