What's that one thing that is destroying your health? what is that one thing that is eating a lot of your time? drop it and never do it again. Change is simply feeling uncomfortable because of not going back to the old habits again. It's feeling weird from time to time because you are forcing yourself to think and behave the other way. It all starts in your head, think differently than the past few years and you will be able to see change. Stop all the pleasures, leave your comfort zone and start feeling weird and uncomfortable a little bit. You need to feel different this time, you need to feel that there is a chance of getting a different result because you sacrificed your emotions, you stop feeling easy and comfortable.
WATCH YOURSELF 24/7
Watch your thoughts, watch your actions, watch your words, watch everything about you and you will see that you are acting weak and thinking low. You will find out that you're not on the level you desire because your consciousness and state of mind is too low. You're not thinking the right way, your habits were all ugly. You're too lazy and negative, you're not pushing yourself, you're not striving to become better. It all starts with the decision, do you really want it or not? are you willing to give your all or not? the power is yours. When you're about to do something stupid stop yourself right away, if you were able to stop yourself then you already go to another level. Watch yourself, are you lazy right now? good, start doing something positive and create a strong momentum. Are you feeling lonely right nor or depressed? good, start wearing your shoes and go outside for a walk or run. You need to make yourself busy if you don't want to be on a slump forever. be happy if you were able to stop yourself from doing something useless, that is greatness right there. Greatness is simple forcing yourself to make sacrifices that will make you a better person than yesterday.
THE RIGHT TIME IS NOW
Not later or tomorrow, not next week nor next month. The time is now, if you want to feel like a beast then you need to push yourself to move fast now, start fast and finish fast. Stop waiting for the right timing because it will never come. Unleash the beast inside of you and never feel regretful when you fail or get nothing. Just do it, allow yourself to become something you've never been before. Push yourself to the limits and never stop, it is what it is, it's going to feel uncomfortable but that's what a beast always feel... uncomfortable and risky. It's ok if you are scared, it's ok if you are tired, just keep going and keep pushing until you finally win. If you will not start now then you will never start forever, the resistance will keep getting stronger if you're always delaying the task that you are ought to do. Time will never wait for you, it will never respect you if you keep on wasting it, it will backfire at you if you keep on squandering it. Respect your time and use it for a better cause, be efficient as you can be, all you have to do is start something and then follow through. Forget about feeling good, forget about entertaining yourself, entertainment will lead to disappointment. For example you are having fun playing video games for 10 hours straight but tomorrow is your exam, you know what's going to happen next, you will sweat heavily during the exam like having a diarrhea because you don't know anything, you can't even write your name on the test paper because you're so scared. Stop fooling yourself thinking that you can go easy now and go hard tomorrow, it will never happen. You need to go hard not to build a strong momentum because if you can't go hard now then there is no confidence or strength to go hard tomorrow. One strong action leads to another one and one bad decision will lead to another one too. For example if you eat a cake now there is a big chance that you will eat another slice of cake later, or maybe you will eat one box of pizza. It will become a domino effect, you can never stop a strong momentum because it is a force.
CREATE AN OPPORTUNITY IF YOU CAN'T FIND ONE
It is what it is, sacrifice now and create an opportunity. Choose looking for a job instead of watching TV. Choose getting in shape instead of watching stupid Netflix. Choose building a business over burning your money on shopping. Create an opportunity if you can't find one, if you can't find a job then create your own job, build an empire that you are the boss. If nobody wants to play with your or team up with you then do it alone, as simple as that. Don't just take your life for granted making dramas and acting like a victim, you have what it takes to become a winner, all it takes is using your willpower and perseverance. Go hard, that's the only game plan. Go as hard as you can and never stop, keep pushing and grinding, do whatever it takes to succeed and give everything you've got. Forcing fate is the only way sometimes, you've got to bend reality and make it follow your will. Stop thinking twice and believe that you can make it.
