5 DIRTY REASONS WHY YOU KEEP ON FAILING




There are lot of reasons why you are failing but the list below are the most evident ones. Failing is ok, there is no shame on that, what's unacceptable is you take your chances for granted and you didn't even try. Failing happens to everyone but did you really fail for trying? or did you fail for being passive and not even putting yourself on a better position to succeed? the winning formula is very simple... work hard and never give up. It's pretty basic and simple yet most people can't apply it because they're looking for an easy way out. If you fail because of lack of effort then it's your fault, not someone's fault. So stop looking for someone or something to blame, you fail because you did it to yourself. You have to change your attitude if you want to reach a different altitude. If you don't want to be living like a junk forever then you better step up your game and push yourself beyond the boundaries, never believe that you have limits

1. Laziness

Always resting, always sleeping, always relaxing for what? You have to choose working over sleeping, you have to pick doing something positive over wasting your time for pleasures and negative activities like gossiping and hating somebody. Laziness is next to ugliness, if you are lazy then nobody will like you. That is why nobody wants to hire you, that's why you can't get promoted, that's why you never level up... you are lazy and you hate to admit it. How many hours did you work for today? I mean really work, not just a pretend work. being lazy is easy and fun but it will never be fun in the end because it will bit you in your ass, it will put you on misery. Stop buying things that will make you lazy even more like soft pillow, giant size bed, automatic massage chair etc, You need to make yourself a hard worker by choosing to grind daily and do something that will give you a better life in the future. Stop looking for results right away, work as hard as you can now and reap the fruits of your labor in the future. Time will come and you will become successful, you just need to work hard now, endure the long hours of labor and never give up. Don't look for results all the time and just enjoy the journey. A journeyman will go further than a results driven man. 

2. Not forcing yourself to evolve

You have to be serious, insanely serious if you wanted to win. If you're not serious then you will remain the same, as simple as that. You have to do whatever it takes to evolve mentally, physically, financially, emotionally and spiritually. You can't be having the same energy that fails you for years. You have to step up your game and do something you haven't done before, as simple as that. Force yourself to take actions whenever you don't want to, take it one step at a time and never give up. Focus on your own life, never mind what other people are doing or thinking. If you keep on thinking about what other people are doing then you will drain your energy, you will never feel better. IT doesn't matter what people are thinking about you. Mind your own business and do everything you can to grow.  Take your training, business, job, idea seriously. You have to be competitive if you want to thrive. Force yourself to evolve, learn and grow. Never settle for less, never believe that you have limitations, always strive for more. Growth can be forced, you don't need to wait for it, grow as much as you can without relying on nature. 

3. Too much social media and news

You're to interested with gossips, latest trends, news, celebrities that are making dramas, problems, recession, crimes, calamities, trending dances, newest depression etc. You're too much consumed by these subjects that are not making you mentally strong. Too much social media is the cause of depression. You have to stay away from subjects that will not make you mentally better. It's making you weak, you're absorbing their problems and that is taking too much space in your brain and that is why you're not focused and cannot think properly. You have to stay away from useless information that is not making you smarter or better. protect your mind from poisonous information, your mind is your asset, if it's healthy and strong then sky is the limit for you. Never get excited with a newly wed celebrity, never let those influencers fool you because they're only eating your time. They're not making you better, they're only making you worse, they're full of dramas and lies so never let them fool you. 

4. Indecisiveness 

You're too hesitant, you're thinking too much. You are so scared to fail, you should fail everyday. Take risks everyday and never mind what your coach, teammates, teachers, friends, enemies, classmates, co-workers, haters, cousins, neighbors tell you. Just fail, just try, keep on doing what you love and always give yourself a chance to shine or fail. Never back down to any challenge, when it's hard then it means it's worth it to give it a try. Decide now that you are going to try, decide now that you are goin to give your very best no matter what. Never care if you're struggling so bad, never care if something is hard, just face it and put yourself on a better position to win. Trying is better than waiting, if you're always overthinking then you will become depressed, you will lose your confidence, you have to start now, do something and never stop until you become successful. Go all the way, decide that you're never going to waste any single second anymore overthinking or analyzing about things, stop worrying about the future, real life is happening now, your life will only get better if you take risks and do something you haven't done before. Work as hard as you can, be fast and never give up... that's it, you don't need a special formula here, you just need to get decisive and get bold with your actions. Believe in yourself, if you can't believe in yourself then just move and do everything in your power to at least make a small difference, confidence will be felt once you are really pushing yourself to the limits. Once you feel unlimited, you will never be stopped anymore. 

5. No Exercise

Stop making excuses and jus run. Stop looking for Nike, stop looking for a coach, stop looking for a hot girl to motivate you, just run and never stop. It doesn't matter if you are fast or slow, what matters is you run and you keep pushing forward. Your body will become weak if you don't exercise and the result is ineffectiveness and slowness. Your brain will become faster if you're doing exercise. At least 30 minutes a day is good enough. Just walk outside, you don't need a new shoes to walk, walk barefoot if you must. Just move, move your hands and feet, move your body, force yourself to sweat. You don't need a DVD about fitness, you don't need any instruction at all, just walk and that's good enough. Walk as far as you can, try jogging, try running once you have a momentum. It's only hard in the beginning, once you force yourself to start... everything else will be a lot easier, you will feel much better, you will get stronger and faster. Prioritize exercising, it's a must. Depression will go away if you exercise, you feel so sick and weak because you're no forcing yourself to move. Slap yourself if you're stuck, just move and never mind what's going to happen next.
