Results doesn't mater at all. Progress is just an illusion. The only way to make a real progress is through taking actions and that's it. It's the only thing you can control. You can never control the mood of your boss, your salary, the economy, the traffic, the changes, the algorithm, the perception of people about you, the changes. The only thing you can control is the culture you are trying to build. Just believe in yourself and keep working hard, as simple as that. Hard work is the best weapon, hard work will make you thrive and survive. There is nothing else to worry about if you can outwork everyone, if you can make yourself twice as your old self then you will never go down, the only direction you are headed to is up. Focus on the culture, focus on your habits, focus on getting better, forget about what's happening outside of you, forget about what you can't control. Just focus on doing what you can do and that's it. There is no power on the outside, the only power is on the inside and that is the reality. At the end of the day what if the external things are not on your favor? are you not going to be happy anymore?
HOW TO BUILD CONFIDENCE?
Through hard work and failure only. You will never be able to build confidence through comfort and assurances. You have to feel lost and frustrated, you have to make a lot of mistakes and not feel bad about it. Unleash yourself, that's the path to greatness. You have to feel free and never feel guilty about making mistakes, never feel sorry for failing, it's ok, just keep moving forward and try again. Try and try again, let that be your culture, let that be your concept and live and die with it. Never change it nor tweak it, always remember that it is not about winning or losing, it's about not giving up, as simple as that. You will become more confident if you're unattached with the outcome, forget the final results and just focus on pushing and grinding, focus on trying and giving your all. If you can enjoy the process then you will become more creative and faster. So stop looking for a coach, a support system, luck or money. You don't need any of it, you just need to keep failing and trust the process.
YOU DON'T NEED ANY CONFIDENCE AT ALL
You just need to embrace every experience and detach from anything or anyone. Stop looking for any approval, stop pleasing people and you're good... you will look confident. You don't need confidence at all, something will fall into your hands if you're not afraid to fail and try again. Stop trying to be so nice, stop trying to look perfect, make your road dirty, make the journey ugly, accept that life is not rainbows and butterflies, accept that life is really challenging and that sometimes you need to bleed for something before you get it. You're not special at all, nobody is special. The real winners are the ones who don't need anything, they just do the process and go with it, they just have fun with life and juice it as much as they can. If you're willing to face everything then you will become invincible. Accept that sometimes life is hard, ugly and frustrating. Sometimes things will not go your way, you will never be able to control everything. Focus on what you can control only and that is your effort, actions and reactions. Never focus on things that are outside of your control, you will only lose your mind by doing that. And so what if you are not confident? that doesn't mean you can't make a decision for yourself, that doesn't mean you can't do something. Confidence is overrated, if you have a mind of just trying whatever you need to try in order to win regardless of how you feel then you will become unstoppable. You don't need to feel good to become creative, you just need to be decisive and believe that whatever you're doing will somehow work. And the truth is... the more you try the more confident you will be.
SPEED AS A PART OF YOUR CULTURE
Master speed and you will forget that you are scared. Just ask a hot lady for a date, just ask your boss for a raise, just shoot the last shot, just sell what you need to sell, just ask for what you need, just exercise, just wash the dishes, just read the book. Just do it, master speed and you will forget that you're a chicken, you will become a predator if you master speed. Speed is the name of the game, most people are slow, most people couldn't even decide what to buy at the grocery store, most people are overthinking. If you can make yourself a doer and an endurer then you will become something special., Just do what you need to do and endure all the consequences for failing, accept that there is a punishment, accept that there is a price to pay and never resist anything. Feel like a stoic stone that is ready to accept whatever is in front of him. Speed speed speed, you must love speed. If you're too slow then the girl will go away, the money will fly away, the opportunity will never be yours, the vacant house will be occupied, the food will never be yours.
