DEPRIVATION IS MOTIVATION


Deprive yourself of the things, food, products, activities that are making you weak and you will experience a different kind of power. Your weakness comes from consuming things, food etc that you don't even need. You consume if because marketing fools you. You don't need a SUV but you bought it because your enemy has it. You don't need to subscribe on a movie channel but you did it because you want to get updated with your friends about the latest shows. And that's why you are broke, slow and dumb. You consume different things that makes you broke, lazy and heavy. You love to watch things that you don't need, it's only manipulating your mind and messing up your mentality. You love to eat products that are not healthy for you, you love to engage in activities that are only making you stressed and broke. You're the one who is screwing up your life by being simply stupid, lazy and undecisive. You want to get better but you can't decide if you're going to take actions or not, you want to improve but you don't want to get tired. Tired doesn't mean you are stressed, it's a two different things. You can feel tired but accomplished and satisfied, on the other hand you can feel stressed without doing too much. 

YOU'RE STILL NOT MOTIVATED

Despite of consuming all those things, food etc. you're still unhappy and lazy, why? because it's not real motivation. The real motivation is through deprivation, discipline and delayed gratification. It's like investing, you invest what you have, keep your energy and resources and it will multiply in the future. Happiness comes from work, saving and having a purpose. You will never become happy if you're always consuming things that you don't even need, it's like feeding a pig that has no sense of direction. Why are you doing that? why are you consuming something that will not even help you? you need to starve, wait, work and avoid getting jealous of what other people have. Focus on your desired destination, focus on getting better and mentally tougher everyday and you will become very happy, you will be able to overcome any kind of problem. You need to feel the pain, you need to suffer in order to become happy. You will never become happy if you're all about pleasures, comfort, security and easy. You need to experience what is hard in order to have balance in life. Look at a rich kid who suddenly got poor for unexpected reason, he can't adjust, he is lost, he is going crazy. It's because he didn't feel the pain before, he doesn't know the feeling of struggling a little bit. 

WHY FASTING IS POWERFUL

It's cleaning your body, it's teaching you how to endure pain, it's making your mentality stronger. Fasting will give you a weird emotion, it will teach your body and mind to withstand any kind of problem because it's exposing you to stress and pain, it's training you to become more durable and mindful. Fasting has millions of benefits, it is underrated because most people were afraid to do it. Fasting is the best way to change something in your system, it will improve your mentality and physicality. Deprive yourself of food and you will get stronger and more durable. It will teach you how to appreciate having nothing, it will teach you how to become thankful of what you have. Not consuming anything will give you power because it is teaching your body and mind to adapt to any hard situation. 

Because the truth is you don't need anything, the more realize this the more you become powerful. You get weaker and weaker by thinking that you need to have what they have, you think that you need to get this or that in order to become happy. Focus on your values, focus on getting stronger and testing yourself. You don't need to become like them, you just need to be yourself and you will get happier everyday. be happy with having nothing and abundance will come, be happy with what you've got and stop taking unnecessary things. You need to stick with the basics and patronize only something that you need the most. Stop looking for something that you don't even need in real life, stop letting those marketing antics fool you. 

SACRIFICES WILL MAKE YOU STRONGER

Sacrifice for the greater good, sacrifice for your future, sacrifice for your health. That's why you need to deprive yourself of these pleasures and entertainment that is only making you weak and addicted. Do what is harder, focus on getting better through deprivation and discipline. Stop letting entertainment, gossips and trends poison your mind. You're better than that, you will only get better if you're embracing the difficult moments of life in order to make a little progress. You will evolve if you will stop looking for comfort all the time, stop looking for what is easy and accept that you need to struggle and make sacrifices in order to get stronger and better. Deprivation is preparing you to any kind of storm, it's making you mentally tough, it clears your mind and it poison what poisons your mind. Embrace the art of deprivation, stop buying when you're broke, stop eating when you're unhealthy, stop looking for fun when you're down, stop looking for an escape if you have problems. You have to face the pain in order to gain something. 

YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO

At the end of the day you really knew what to do, you're just pretending that you don't know because you're so afraid of doing what is hard. But if you will just accept that you need to do and embrace the suck then your life will get better, you will be able to upgrade your mentality. It's a win win situation for you if you choose to do what is hard, you can never lose because you will evolve to another level. If you want to change then you need to deprive yourself, starve yourself and choose the more boring path. Stop eating junk food, stop consuming a lot of useless information, stop doing what is fun but useless, don't look for an easy life, you need to stay disciplined and committed to greatness if you want to experience being strong.
