YOUR MIND CAN SAVE YOU FROM DEPRESSION

Just think about happy thoughts, just be positive, just embrace what you feel right now, never think about the future, never think about the mistakes you did in the past, forget everything that happened in the past. Your mind can save you from depression, you may feel like a crap right now but your thoughts can change how you feel, it's all about your perspective, it's all about what's going on inside of your head. It's not about what happened, it's not about what's happening outside of you, it's about what thoughts are you entertaining. Depression happens if you're not thinking right, the good news about it is... it can be cured so fast by letting go, let go of what hurts you, practice detachment, detach from the external things, let go of everything that gives you negative feelings. Give no meaning to failure, heartbreaks, embarrassments, past, mistakes and anything that makes you feel guilty or regretful. Live in the moment and make the best out of it, life is easy if you will make it easy. 

NEVER THINK ABOUT WHAT'S MISSING IN YOUR LIFE

Your ability to appreciate the moment and be thankful of what you have determines your happiness. There are plenty of thinks to be thankful of, you just need to practice gratitude everyday and lessen the complaints. You already have everything you need, what you don't have... you don't need it. If you want more then you need to work for it and be patient as the process goes on. Learn to wait while working hard, you can never have what you want right away, it will take time so be patient and never rush things. Never get frustrated, learn how to enjoy the process, trust the process and never give up, as simple as that. Never doubt yourself, trust yourself, stay confident and work hard. Always remember that action breeds confidence and inaction builds doubts and fears. All you have to do is move forward and you will be alright, as simple as that. Stop acting like it's nd of the world, stop acting like you can't do something, you have to push yourself to go to the next level. Keep failing, keep trying and simply live life, it's only just a matter of time before you get what you want. 

DEPRESSION IS A DRAMA

Depression is a drama, it's being unappreciative, it's looking for a sympathy, it's being lazy and weak. You will never become depressed if you're moving all the time. Stop thinking that you're special, stop thinking that you're entitled of respect and happiness all the time. Accept that life is hard so it will be easy. Don't expect that your story or journey will become flawless all the time, you have to learn to fight for what you want, you have to learn how to fight life. Never let life push you, life will make jokes on you but you should learn how to laugh at it. Learn how to play the game, learn how to love yourself by putting yourself on the best position to survive and thrive. Never belittle yourself, avoid self pity because it will bring you down even more, stop thinking that you deserve a special treatment, you need to be tough, you need to look for what you can do to make your life a little bit better. You will never grow from comfort, you will only grow from adversity and uncertainty, remember this so you will feel motivated a little bit. 

NEVER LOOK FOR APPROVAL ALL THE TIME

What you need to do, what you want to do... do it without looking for any approval. Allow yourself to become the authority because you are. You have the power to control your actions, you have the right to just do it regardless of what people might say. Always remember that it's your life, nobody is allowed to intervene with your actions, nobody can stop you if you will feel unstoppable. For as long as you're not hurting anybody... go for it, chase your dreams, allow yourself to become creative. What people say is none of your business, what people think doesn't matter at all, you have to enforce your will and stop looking back. The most important thing is expressing yourself regardless of what the outcome may be. 

People will always have something to say against you, they will never agree with you all the time even of you are right. Follow your heart, follow your gut and instincts, never under estimate your intuition. You have to carve your own path, do it your way and never mind if you are right or wrong, and how can you be wrong if it feels so good? how can you be wrong if your heart is really pushing for it? you have to let go of what's bothering your mind and just go with the flow. Find your rhythm, move even if you're not confident at all, you will find that confidence once you establish yourself, you need to suffer first before you feel good. 

WHAT ARE YOU FEEDING YOUR MIND?

What are you thinking? what are the thoughts you love? the thoughts that you keep thinking are the ones you love even if they are negative and harmful. You just cant' admit it to yourself that you love those thoughts, it makes you feel something it makes your body react. So be mindful all the time of what you're thinking because it can make you or break you. You have to stay disciplined and locked in with the thoughts that will help you. Your mind is the key to avoid depression, you have to feed your mind the right food in order for you to have a better life. You have to know all the time what you are thinking because most of the time you are thinking unconsciously, you are letting your subconscious mind run your day and that's why you can't control your own life. It is embedded in your subconscious mind your old habits and self image and that's why you it's hard for you to change direction. But if you will think consciously and stay mindful of what's going on then you will be able to make the right decisions and pick the right choices to put yourself on a better position to succeed.
