HOW TO MINIMIZE FEAR IN 10 SECONDS

All you have to do is count from one to ten and between those seconds you have to decide if you will do it or not. If you decide that you will do it then do it, don't stop, don't hesitate, don't think... just do it. Fear will be minimized once you start doing what you need to do, you will have hope and motivation. Remember that fear will not totally go away, it will stay in your system but you will be able to get comfortable with it, the more you move the more you will not feel fear.

So what is it that you need to do and want to do? look for it and decide for ten seconds if you will do it or not, if not then that fear will never go away but if you decide then stop thinking and just do it.

Action is the key to defeat fear. Not game plan, not meditation, not some magic blue pills or something. Action is the only key, you need to move so that you will forget fear little by little. You need to entertain yourself through actions... that is the best way to immobilize fear.

If fear is still there after moving for a couple of minutes then just relax, breathe and never try to escape the situation. You have no choice but to embrace it, let it roll in your body until it go away. Just enjoy it because that is the only thing you can do for the moment. Always remember that fear is always there, you cannot get rid of it so fast but you can minimize it by focusing mainly on your actions, focus on what you can do, focus on how to enjoy the moment and that's it.

I know you've been scared your whole life, the truth is you're not the only one. Everyone is scared, the only difference between a successful person and not is the successful person is willing to move despite of feeling fear. So if you can move despite of feeling fear... you're already successful, you're already on your way to the top.
