Whenever you feel stressed or some random thought suddenly pops out in your head... you become emotional, you want to escape it, you want to do some other things that are easier and more comfortable and that is why your progress ends fast, that is why you can't do something extraordinary and you remain as an ordinary. You are afraid of your emotions, you don't want to feel it, you want to numb it with something that is harmful and not helpful at all. You are ashamed of discomfort not knowing that it is the only thing that will make you better and stronger. Never feel ashamed of what you feel, embrace it and try to keep moving forward as much as you can. Forgive yourself if you did something wrong and go back to work, go back to what you've been doing and never make excuses again, never distract yourself with pleasures, food, laziness, videos and games that is making you worse. Embrace what you feel, if you are scared you are scared so be it. If you feel heavy you feel heavy but still force yourself to work and move forward because that is the only thing that will make you feel better, keep building momentum day by day, second by second, watch yourself and stop yourself if you're about to do some stupid thing again. You are what you repeatedly do, so if you always follow your distractions then you are a distracted guy, you are not a focused guy... you are a failure. Failures were not lacking skills or talent, they are lacking focus and consistency. So you better watch yourself, is what you're doing helping you or making your body heavier? what you do affects your mind and body, it is a snowball effect, it is a domino effects, what you do now will make an impact in the future negatively or positively. It all depends on your decision, if you decide to work hard now and give everything you've got then you will be able to reap the fruits of your labor, you don't need to feel needy anymore if the results will come because it will come on the right time. So stop waiting and just keep pushing, the time is now. Stop giving time to people and things that doesn't help you, you need to get better at what makes you better. Some things, actions and people are making you worse and you need to get rid of them now. You are not suppose to fit in to whatever is attracting you, you must know what is not nice and useless. You must know what is dragging you down and making you weak. One positive action can make an impact, look for the best move that you can execute now and execute it fast, don't wait, forget about your feelings and carry on. Feel your feelings, no matter how bad it is... just stay positive and move forward as much as you can.
