If you're too comfortable with what is going on with your life it means you're not progressing, it means you're not giving your all and you're not serious about it because if you really want it then you will go all the way and go to the extreme just to make a traction. Watch yourself, are you comfortable? or are you playing safe? feelings doesn't matter at all, what matters is you keep moving forward, that is how to tame yourself, train yourself to become tough as nails and stop living like a soft cotton candy that can be eaten right away by anybody. If you are looking for ways how to change your life... just embrace discomfort and nothing else. Focus is the key, focus for 15 minutes or more. DO the hard work even if it is uncomfortable. Then stop for a while then go back and work again. You just need to focus. Once you mastered the 15 minutes increase it to 20 or more. You just need to feel uncomfortable for a few minutes and your life will get better. It's just mastering discomfort and nothing else. Once you become good at training yourself to embrace discomfort... you will become unstoppable. People want shortcut that is why they are depressed and can't take actions. They want the easy route that is why they are always lost. If you can master being uncomfortable while moving forward then you will achieve anything in life. This is just a master of practice. You need to endure pain if you want to grow, you need to master perseverance and make it as your niche. This is very basic but difficult, the good news is anyone can do it It's just a matter of feeling it, not feeling sorry for yourself, taking it one step at a time and not giving up. That's too simple, anybody can do this but it is not easy that is why everybody quits all the time. If you will just keep working, keep persevering and not look for shortcuts or easy way out... you will prevail. That is why it is easy to become great nowadays because everybody is a quitter and a whiner, everybody wants to get something without having to die for it. It's either you die or you get it, that's the only option you have. If you want to become strong and have a tough mind... do what is hard, endure it of 15 minutes then stop for a minute and then go back to work again. You will train yourself how to focus by doing this, this is very simple, just look for something to do that has benefits in the future and do it. Never look for something that has no benefits at all. All you need to do is carry yourself, stop being lazy, stop being a punk and just take matters into your own hands, do whatever it takes to get to the next level, and even if you fail... you can always try again, discomfort is the key to escape a weak and bad loop. Just keep working and never stop until you finally made it.
