Consuming food, news, gossips, buying online, watching news, reading posts, watching a lot of videos, watching stupid motivation... this will never help you, you will never get better by doing this, it will fry your brain, you're wasting a lot of time and it's making you weak and crazy. Just practice delayed gratification and you will feel more powerful than ever. The reason why you feel so weak is because you consume a lot of food, things, posts, videos, etc. that you don't even need. You drain your energy every time you consume what you don't need, you are not gaining something, you are getting weaker. You have to keep pushing for your goal and never let temptation swallow you. Stay disciplined, eyes on your goal and do something that will take you closer to it. Don't wish for an easy life, wish for more strength so you can do more. An easy life is a road to hell. Just because something is easy and fun doesn't mean you need to do it. Look at those drug addicts, obese, broke and depressed people... they are always doing what they want, they are always doing what makes them high that's why they lose in the end. If you want to have power... stop consuming and just be satisfied of what you have. This is not sacrifice, this is changing your route from being a bum to powerful. never let your emotions control you, control it and you will have power. Be in the moment, just because you are hungry doesn't mean you need to it. You are hungry because your body is transforming. Just because you are bored doesn't mean you need to scroll all day long, you need to get bored to grow. Embrace the boredom of the process, it is hard but it is rewarding because you will gain a lot. If you can master discipline, if you can do what you need to do right away and stop what you need to stop right away then your life will improve. This is just a matter of staying on the right lane and not allowing seductions to corrupt your mind and body. This is very simple, all you need to do is endure and keep moving forward. That is what greatness is all about.. enjoying the process every single day and not doing what everyone is doing. Because everyone is so bored, they are so sick and tired of their lives that is why they numb themselves with food and useless entertainment. You don't need a lot, you don't need to travel, buy things or live like everyone else. If consuming and going to places is the answer then why the hell are they depressed? the answer is being yourself, enjoying what you have and building strength ever y single day. You will never become strong if you are always disturbed by something that doesn't help. Get rid of all the distractions and focus on what you're trying to achieve, stop wasting time and energy, you need to get stronger now, stay disciplined or else you will become broke.
