change is not a destination

IT'S Not a destination, it's not a shortcut, its a step by step process and being in the moment is the key. You can't take the fast route, you can't say that you've already changed if you only did something different and harder for just a few days. It's not about months or years, it's a forever commitment. Once you said you're going to stop, stop. Don't say just one last cigarette, don't say just one last scroll. don't say just one more time because you are only fooling yourself by doing that. Change must be felt, it must be lived. It is a use of force and willpower, it is feeling the pain and not going back to your old habits. You don't need perfection, you need execution. Change is not suppose to be perfect but you should do whatever it takes to get closer to your desired life. When you say you're going to stop something stop it permanently, don't make negotiations. When you say you're going to do something do it and never procrastinate. Change is not happening when you're going back to your old weak identity. You must impose your will against yourself and stop clowning around like most people do. If you want a new life then you need a new you. And a new you means you're not engaging on useless and harmful habits anymore. You are not doing something that will put you on a terrible position. You will take actions no matter what that will improve your life. Use speed, just start and finish fast, you don't need to become perfect here, if you want to become a focused individual you need to become faster, stop procrastinating, just start something and keep pushing. When a thought is entering your head you must filter it if it's helping you to become faster or slower, if it is slowing you down then never let that thought stay in your head for so long, cancel it out and think of another thought that will give you more energy. it's simply about training your mind to get better and better each day. You have to be strict here, you have to stay disciplined and committed no matter what. Time is a very powerful thing, use it wisely and you will live a better life, squander it and it will punish you one day. So you better take care of your time, use it to your advantage. Engage on activities that will make you stronger, better, richer, smarter and healthier Never waste your life on pleasures, laziness and entertainment that is making you broke and sick. You are better than that, you can make change by simply depriving yourself of something that is not healthy and useful. This is simply a matter of endurance, you endure the boredom and pain, you endure the change and you will attract a different type of experience that is much better than the past.
