Every time you save your time you get better because you will use it later for a more meaningful activity that will improve you. It's all about where you want to use your time, that's what will define your level of success. This has nothing to do about talent, intelligence or gifts, this is all about focus and determination. Are you determined enough to get better? or are you satisfied wasting your time for stupid and useless entertainment that makes you weak and worse. What you think, say, watch and do will determine what you will become, as simple as that. So if you are watching stupid posts, thinking about weak thoughts and saying negative words then you will execute weak actions and produce mediocre results.
don't get too excited with notifications
notifications is just a trap, you think it is fun, you think it is entertaining and urgent but all it does is manipulate you and turn you into a slave. You will check it every time it pops, you will open it even if you don't want to, you can't refuse it because you're too addicted to it. The red light means stop, it doesn't mean go, it doesn't mean you have to engage with it. Notifications will control you, it will poison your mind and eat your time, it will never give you anything other than disappointment and low energy lifestyle. Notifications will make you a slave, it will turn you into a lazy bumass that is out of control. Notifications will make you slow and it will make you unproductive, you've wasting a lot of hours seeing everything that is not even worth it.
FOCUS ON MAKING A DECISION
Decide if you're going to get better or not, decide if you're going to do it or not. Decide fast and never think too much, what makes you worse is overthinking, if you can just be a doer then you will become unstoppable. Increase the speed, strengthen the discipline and go back to the protocol no matter what. Trust me, it is only boring in the beginning but once you see yourself getting better and better... you will love the boring days, you will love the grind and treat it as your normal culture. Deprivation is the key here, if you want to hijack your mind stay away from comfort, stay away from entertainment and stop looking for shortcuts.
FORGIVE YOURSELF AND TRY AGAIN
Every time you waste your time for useless and nonsense actions... forgive yourself and try again. Forget the past, forget what has been done and try again, save your time again and go back to the protocol, execute it, repeat the process again, never feel ashamed of yourself, forget what was lost because you're still alive, you can still get better if you force yourself to focus on your own life and stop watching other people's lives. You will be surprised with your own progress if you use your time wisely, what drains you energy like remembering the past... stop it. Go back to your original plan that is hard and live with it.
