This is very simple, all you have to do is focus and that's it. Lack of discipline and focus is a big time energy sucker. You're out of energy not because you are weak but because your mind is scattered everywhere, you are letting everything distract you that is why you are stressed and confused. Lack of focus will deplete your energy, it will destroy your path. It will weaken your mentality and willpower because your mind cannot process the right thoughts to endure what is hard and believe that it is the right path. You will always look for comfort and security. If you can just trim down your activities to the most important ones then you will have more energy, you will become tenacious and has a lot of good things going on. That's the power of focus, that's the power of being disciplined... you will have a lot of strength and your mental game will get to the next level. So whenever you are doing something now... finish it no matter what, stop lookin g for perfection, stop looking for good feelings and just finish it no matter what. Speed is the key ingredient here not perfection, action is better than perfection, remind yourself about this al the time and you will become a machine. Be good in starting and master finishing something, don't blink, don't look for comfort, don't look for an easy way out, enjoy it step by step, it's like meditating, just do it from the beginning to the end and never give up when it is hard. Become a finisher, not a thinker nor dreamer. Stop daydreaming, stop looking for easy ways, stop imagining the whole path and just believe in your next step. Take it one day at a time, be good today, be disciplined and repeat again tomorrow. Define what you don't need to do and unlearn them. Laziness, consuming a lot, scrolling on social media, distracting yourself with pleasures.... cross them all out and go all the way today, it doesn't matter if it is hard, if it is hard then it is much better. Push yourself to the limits and go to the path where everyone is so scared of. It is what it is, it's ok if you're struggling, it's ok if you are having a hard time, just take actions now and forget about what's going to happen next. It's better to become a doer than a procrastinator. At the end of the day numbers don't lie, you can make yourself believe that you gave your best but if you didn't repeat the number of repetitions required then you're lying to yourself. If you want to make a breakthrough then start focusing on your life and stop watching other people's lives, this technique will save you a lot of time and energy. You don't need to know everything about them, what the hell will you get by doing that? you're only making yourself lazy and jealous. DO something that will make you faster and better, do something that will give you more energy and time and that is being disciplined and focus.
