Life was already hard, don't make t any harder by worrying and doing a lot of stupid decisions that makes your life worse. You can get better if you are disciplined and committed to improvement. If you want to improve then your life will get better as simple as that. Use all of your time for taking actions. If you want to stop worrying then stop procrastinating and putting things off. There must be a sense of urgency and the most important things should be given a priority. Focus on speed of taking actions, be decisive and bold, tell yourself that no matter what you will do it and you will have zero regrets in the end. because this is a journey, there is no right or wrong actions here, when you fail it doesn't mean you are wrong it means you are being taught of something. Ram your doubts and fears, overpower your lack of confidence with actions and boldness. You will make mistakes, you will fail but you can become unbreakable if you will just try again and again. You have to see yourself whenever you're procrastinating and doing some stupid stuffs. If you want to gain big confidence you need to be disciplined and committed to self improvement. Improve mentally, physically, financially and spiritually. Focus on improvement, if you can simply stop yourself from wasting time everyday then you're already improving. Improvement start by being disciplined and mindful of your thoughts and actions. If you can become good in developing your focus by shutting down every action that makes you weak then you will become unstoppable. You may not see results right away but something will be attracted to you because you're a different person now. This is all about obsession, you must be obsessed with actions and really believe that your preparation and hard work is working. If you don't believe in your work then you will never succeed, as simple as that. You must be proud of your work, believe in your work and think that it is your ticket to survival, greatness and success. This is simply about what will you do now and what will you think later. It's a thought and action process, you need to be mindful where your energy go because it will dictate your future. If you want to become something you need to become something else. You need to let go of the bad habits, thought pattern and vices that are keeping you down. The time is now, start now and make things happen. Who you are today is not who you really are, you can become something bigger and stronger, you can become one of the best, you just need to decide what you're going to do and pick the best options available.
