It's what you feed with your mind that creates your reality, it is either you feed your mind with scary thoughts about failure or unwanted events or you think about greatness and perseverance. It's up to you, if you're complaining all the time, if you're acting like a chicken and focusing on what might went wrong then that will be your reality. But if you keep on pushing and giving everything you've got then your mind and body will get stronger. Stop complaining, stop reacting and just push yourself to give your very best no matter what. Those thoughts about what you don't want will make you anxious, weak, hesitant and slow. But if you feed your mind with power, visualize the things you want to happen and fully believe in it then you will become more courageous and powerful. What you need is a strong mind, a focused mind on what you really want and not on what you don't want. Fear is not the reality, it is your thoughts that manifests into reality, you attract what you don't want to happen by constantly thinking about it. Stop thinking about it and you wouldn't even see it. Your focus is your life, if you want to live a happier and stronger life with wonderful experiences then learn to embrace everything and entertain the best thoughts only. Every thought you entertain will make an impact so make sure you are thinking the right way. It's on you if you want to have a better life or not, look at your mind, make an inventory and cancel everything that builds fear.
