JUST TAKE THE FIRST STEP AND NEVER CARE ABOUT TIME

You care too much about the time you worked, the time you've been working and the time remaining. This is why the enjoyment for work is gone. You are worried about the time, you are worried about the effort you already exerted or the effort you must exert in order to finish a particular task. In other words you are looking for comfort, you want to finish fast, you don't want to take a lot of steps anymore because you think that you must be rewarded instantly without having to suffer and struggle anymore. That is why you are stressed and lost, you are not in the moment, you are already thinking about the future. The future is now, it's what you do, it's what you're doing. If you already started something don't think about some other things. Don't stop, don't look for recess, don't even rest, rest in the end when you're done. The problem with you is you will work for a few minutes and then you will look for rest, you're not pushing anymore. Remember that you are here to work, you are here to do something, you will never reach your full potential if you're always refusing to work. Make sacrifices now, practice delayed gratification and never stop pushing until you're done. It is what it is, if it's hard so be it, if you can't be fast so be it, if you're slow then d it slow and never complain. The time is now, you can't be delaying your work because you will never do it anymore once you delayed it, you will feel lazier and heavier. But if you do the work now, if you push yourself to just do it now... you will have more energy, you will become faster and more motivated, nothing can ever stop you. Take the first step and never care about time, never look back, never make excuses that it is hard and you can't move anymore. You can move anytime you want to, you can move even if you don't want to. It's just a matter of forcing your body to just do the work and give everything you've got. Look at yourself are you being distracted again? it is normal, your mind will go to places that you don't need to go to, it will always wander, it will make you feel guilty about the past, it will produce thoughts that will distract you and will make you hate yourself. Your mind will remind you how bad you are, that you don't deserve something. Your mind will trick you all the time, it will distract you and tempt you to do something else, something that is easier and fun but has no value at all. If you want to become great then never stop working, work on yourself, work on your goals and that's it, you don't need to worry about time, you don't need to worry about your mistakes, you don't even need to think about your past. Let go of the thoughts that are not helping you. It's time to think right, it's time to see the best version of yourself by simply being disciplined and committed to your vision.
