You will feel lazy, heavy and so stressed of whatever reason. You will be scared of taking actions, you will feel that there is something stopping you and you don't know what it is. You're just a human being, it is normal to feel that way. You will only feel better if you will face what you are scared of, you will only feel good and have a momentum if you will just take the first step and endure the pain of laziness. Laziness is just a thought. You though it is hard, you want to finish right away, you thought you can't do it, you thought you are tired but the reality is you're not. Maybe you're a little bit tired but you can still take actions. If you will not force yourself to move then you will become stuck forever as simple as that. So start moving and give everything you've got, you can do it if you really want it. Take one small step, there is something you can do. It doesn't matter if you are slow and heavy, it doesn't matter if you are wrong, what matters is you start, you don't need to become Mr. Perfect here, you don't need to look cute, just start no matter what and get your hands dirty, it doesn't matter if you win or not, it doesn't matter if you are fast or slow just do it and take it one step at a time. If you want to feel good then make yourself a doer instead of a procrastinator, you can train yourself to just take actions regardless of how you feel, it' a philosophy, it's a lifestyle, once you build the strong habits... you will become unstoppable. Take it one day at a time, become productive as much as you can and never make excuses even just for once. Push yourself to move to get better, the time is now, what the hell are you waiting for? Luck and help will never come if you're not working hard, you will only be able to create your own opportunity if you will force your body to move and face the task you need to finish. It's only a matter of time before you win, you will make a breakthrough if you really want to win, success will come to you if you're taking the process seriously and not wasting any time lying on bed waiting to feel good, you will never feel good unless you take actions, keep that in mind, remember that moving is the only path to confidence and momentum, you're just a human you will feel lazy but it's your obligation to beat that laziness. So move now and do something, stop holding yourself back, time is ticking, you could have done a lot now if you already started. Stop being a diva, stop being soft and take actions now.
