Depression is just an illusion done by lazy people that feels so entitled. They want to become a winner, they want attention, they want success but they are not willing to work for it. You will really become depressed if you are lazy and feeling entitled of something you didn't work for. And of course doctors will tell you that you are clinically depressed and will give you medications so that they will earn a lot of money. The reality is you will never become depressed if you are always moving forward and simply dealing with the process. You are suppose to work, you are suppose to feel the pain, that is your obligation, the more you resist it... the more your mental health goes down. Do whatever you need to do and stop looking for validation. Stop looking for likes, stop wanting to be liked, stop looking for appreciation, they society doesn't need to accept you, you just need to accept who you are and what you wanted to be. Stop trying to change their feelings towards you and just be who you are. Work hard and exercise, stop hoping to change your situation because it will never change, you need to focus on trying to get better until your situation change. It will only change if you're changing yourself for the better every single day. Just keep moving forward and that's it, there is nothing else to worry about. Depression comes from inactivity and getting busy with other people's business, if you are focused on trying to make yourself better then your mental health will get stronger, as simple as that. Stop making dramas, stop looking for sympathy on social media, stop broadcasting what you feel because it's only making you weaker even more, you don't need to make dramas at all because people will only make your problems bigger, their comments will mess up your mind, you will think about them, you will think about what they say, just live your life, fix your attitude because it's the only thing that gives you depression. Mental health issue was caused by you and the people around you that is feeding your drama. Of course your doctor will tell you that you have a psychological problem because he wants to earn from you, he wants you to be his forever patient because he is milking your money. Just walk outside and your depression is gone, your laziness is what makes you mentally ill, move and do something and you will feel much better than ever. You are making yourself stuck with your daydreaming, hoping and wishing. You wish your life to get better but you're not doing anything, that is the root of your depression... your drama and laziness.
