If you think that your work is just a garbage, if people thinks that your work is just a garbage... just do it still. Keep working on it, let the garbage become big. Make it bigger than what it is, bigger and bigger each day. That is what it's all about.. evolving even if people are criticizing, growing even if you are doubting yourself a little bit. Because there is no way you will never doubt yourself, there is no way you will not be scared a little bit especially if things are not going on your way.

Treat your work as a garbage if you can't think of it as something spectacular but still give your best, this is the best way to lessen the pressure on your side, this is the best way to become successful easily. Never put pressure on yourself. At the end of the day, it is what it is... you still need to move and work hard if you want to become successful. You can't escape hard work, you can take shortcuts but it will never take you anywhere, you will just go back from the start.
