WHY ARE YOU SO ADDICTED TO YOUR HABITS?

Because you want comfort, you want something that will overpower your stress. You have the habit of drinking because you think that it is the only way to remove your stress, you have the habit of gossiping because you think that it is the best thing to entertain your boring life. You have the habit of procrastinating because you don't want to get stressed out by working.

People love the habits of staying relaxed, not moving their body and using their brain that is why they most people are failure and not happy, that is why most people are sick and weak and does't know what to do with their lives.

You are so addicted to your habits because you are not aware of what is happening, you're in an auto pilot mode. You let your habits control you because you've been doing it for a long time, your habits made you comfortable, you think that it will solve your problems but the reality is not. It is only making your life worse.

Any habits that are related to procrastination is destructive, any habits that has no benefits is stopping you from succeeding. Habits such as watching TV for very long hours, doing some other things if you have an important task to do (activities that will make you forget the urgent task), taking the simpler tasks lightly and always doing it later that results to doing it tomorrow.

You are so addicted to your bad habits because it is easy and gives you temporary fun, but in the end it gives you misery.

Watch yourself and see if you are engaging too much with easy habits. If you can't stop an easy and unhealthy habit then it means the addiction is so deep. It means you need to step up now and do something about it.

HOW TO STOP AN UNHEALTHY HABITS?

1. Always be aware if you are doing it, you can't stop it because you are not present at the moment. You jump quickly into that habit without thinking first.

2. Replace it with a healthier one. Find a healthier habit that will also entertain you. It doesn't need to be a an extravagant habit... just a simple habit that has benefits will do. Habits like exercise, lifting weights, arts, selling something on the internet etc. Any habit that has benefits is a healthy habit. If you can gain something from a habit such as money or improvement then that is a wonderful habit.
