HOW TO TRAIN YOUR MIND TO DO WHAT IS NEEDED

Accept difficulty, accept that life is hard so that will be easy. Accept that you need to work so that the resistance will go away. Most people are having a hard time doing what is needed because they thought that they need to get results right away. The real hack here is doing it little by little everyday. Start with 5 pushups, 5 minute study, 10 minute walk, 5 glasses of water then upgrade to 8, any habit that you can build... do it slowly, do it small then just upgrade later when you're bored or already mastered that short minute span of doing it. Master the small works first, little by little then make it bigger everyday, that is the power of consistency... you will never see the results right away but it will show up when it compounded. Take it one step at a time, get addicted to little steps and then follow through, this is a journey, every time you think about the destination you are only making the process harder than ever before. It's not going to be easy, it's not going to feel comfortable, there will be moments that you would wanted to quit but it is what it is... there is no growth in comfort, there is only stagnancy and downgrade. If you want to keep growing you need to make yourself uncomfortable all the time by doing the process that will help you to evolve. It requires changing your mind, changing your thoughts, changing the way to speak, creating new habits and embracing the pain of change. You will feel the hit, you will feel that it is not good for you because your mind will try to convince you to go back to your old self but if you really wanted to make it then you better make sacrifices, you better make choices that will make you grow and change. You need to constantly force yourself to do the next step... that is how to control your mind, you can never control your mind all the time because it will always produce thoughts from the past that you can't change, it will always try to bring you back to your old version that is weak, slow and undisciplined but if you want a new life all you need to do is just take actions that will bring you closer to your goal. Any inch, any step, any small progress is necessary, you think a small action or small positive decision is not makin an impact? stop fooling yourself because it will all compound in the end and will be the deciding factor of your destiny. So start feeling the pain now, start doing what is hard, if you're so sick and tired of being weak then you need to do what you haven't done before to get to the next level. You need to become mean here, there is no place for weakness. If you want to live a strong life with no regrets you better start deleting the weak habits in your life and start replacing it with the strong ones.
