You hate your fear, you hate your worries, you hate your anxieties that is why it keeps getting stronger and it is controlling you. What if you go the other way? what if you like it? what if you are friends with it? what if you welcome it? you are scared even more because you are afraid to get scared, what if you are not afraid to get scared anymore? it means you are still scared but you are not hating it, you are embracing it and learning to love any of your emotion. That is being present, that is being lock in with what is infront of you and not looking for a comfortable path. Being comfortable means weakness, getting addicted to pleasures means you are not progressing. Your fear is making you a bum, it is immobilizing you because you thought it is bad, but if you think that it is good and think that it is a friend then it will help you, it will give you more energy. Don't be scared to feel bad, don't be scared to feel so tired, don't be scared to feel anxious, don't be scared to get embarrassed. After all everything is just emotion, reality is another thing your interpretation is the main thing, what consumes you will own you so if you keep on thinking about what scares you or what made you feel bad then you're a slave to that event, you already attached an emotional trauma to that happening so the idea here is to always stay cold and still. Stay solid no matter what and never let something immobilize you. Don't be scared of any emotion, embrace it, that is what being in the moment is all about. Don't look for comfort, don't look for relief, embrace the hard feelings and just let it go. Once you were able to accept that it's just an emotion and you're the only one who is making a story out of it then you will be free. You will become detached from that feeling. Be a friend of your fear, don't reject it, don't despite it, accept that you are scared, admit that you are scared and that feeling will soon go away. Once you know that you are scared then that is the only time you will start to build courage. At the end of the day nothing is personal, nothing is really bad, you're just the one who is making it hard for your life. You are scared of your own ghost, you are the one who build that fear, you are the one who made yourself scared because of being a thinker and not a feeler. Stop thinking too much and feel your fears, feel your emotions and stop judging it. Don't think too much, don't judge yourself, don't hate yourself whenever you did something wrong, don't feel disgusted of yourself whenever you behave a certain way that is not suppose to be. You're just a human, you have flaws, you have fears, you have emotions, you will never feel perfect at all no matter how hard you try. You will feel bad every now and then, you will feel anxious and worried, you will feel scared and disturbed, that's just part of being a human. Don't judge your feelings, don't hate yourself, just live and breathe, just keep moving forward and you will be alright.
