DETECT THE PROCRASTINATION HOURS

If you can make the idle hours busy, if you can make the dead hours alive, if you can stay productive all the time and all of your actions were meaningful then you will become very successful, as simple as that. It's all about using your time the right way, step by step enjoy the process and think about success all the time. Visualize that it's already yours, you must train your mind to believe it and see it all the time so that you will be able to defeat procrastination. 

WHY MOST PEOPLE WERE SO ADDICTED TO PROCRASTINATION?

1. They don't want to fail. Not wanting to fail is very dangerous. Not wanting to fail will stop you from trying, not wanting to fail will make you a bastard, it will stop you from taking actions. What if you feel happy about failing? what if you feel happy because you know you try while most people were even scared to take the first step. 

2. It's their habit. They were not lazy before, they were disciplined before but they cater laziness each and everyday. They enjoyed it and they feel that everything is alright. It becomes their habit because they don't care if they don't do anything for the day, they just wanted to feel good. And remember, wanting to feel good all the time will make you broke, it will give you misery. Life is not all about feeling good, if you're so addicted to comfort then you're in big trouble. 

3. They don't want to fight laziness. You have to use your willpower if you want to fight laziness, you have to allow yourself or force yourself to move if you don't want to. If you want to have a different result with your life then fight laziness, force yourself to just finish the steps in front of you. It doesn't matter if it's perfect or not, perfection is not the goal... action is. Focus on taking action instead of looking perfect. Focus on finding steps that you can execute instead of worrying about making mistakes. 

4. They were completely delusional. They were always thinking that everything is under control even if they're not doing anything. They think that their lives will get so much better even if all they do is watch TV, play stupid games and never even push themselves a little bit. They think like a kid, they were so happy go lucky and always trying to look cool even though they knew that dep inside their lives were going down. 

HOW TO BEAT PROCRASTINATION?

Forget about the results and just do it, take actions even if it's really uncomfortable. Forget about winning, forget about making it perfect, forget about being the best, destroy your identity, forget who you are, forget your reputation. Never think that comfort is the priority, always remember that you are growing every time you embrace discomfort. You must fall in love with challenging yourself and taming your inner enemy. The enemy is you, not the task that is hard, not the difficult and uncomfortable circumstances, the real enemy is you because you're the one who's not working hard. 

Forget feeling so good, forget the easy path and just face the pain... this is how to beat procrastination. You're pampering yourself too much, you're treating yourself like a king so much, what have you done? did you really gave your all for the past few years or even months? You can do so much but you choose the weak path instead, the path of laziness and passiveness. You're not in control here, you're just going with the flow, the funny thing is... you choose a wrong flow. 

NEVER CARE ABOUT WHAT'S NOT HAPPENING

You always procrastinate because you always care about what's not happening. You want a new house and it's not happening and that's why you're becoming lazier and lazier each day, you're not motivated because you can't see any possibility that it will happen. You want a new body but you feel so heavy and that's why you don't even want to walk or sweat a little bit, you don't want to exercise, you can't see any progress with your body and that's why you feel so uninspired. 

Money is not flowing, you work a little bit and then you find out that there's no money on what you're doing. You choose to procrastinate for the next few days, you care for the results too much and that's why your willpower is so weak. 

SHOW UP WHEN IT MATTERS THE MOST

Just show up, stop acting like a coward pussy that can't even do the first step. Show up and give your best, that's it, there is nothing to be afraid of if your focus is to just give your best. Never mind what will happen next and just show up. It doesn't matter if you feel good, it doesn't matter if a lot of challenges were trying to stop you... just show up no matter what. Just do it, of course you can do it, of course you can make a progress. Just force yourself to stop thinking and just take actions even if you're not sure if it's going to work or not. 

Show up everyday because everyday counts, everyday is a requirement to your success. Treat everyday as the most important day. Become the most productive in your life today, change yourself. Be faster and better, stop thinking too much and focus on just doing it. 

A lot of people thinks they were good but they couldn't even get started, all they do is think and think and think only to end up on the same garbage place as yesterday. The time is now, the time for dominating and having a good life is now, it all starts now. Keep pushing, keep grinding and never stop. Detect the procrastination hours, always be aware if you're just wasting your time, always be aware if what you're doing is not even connected to your goal. 

THE AMOUNT OF HOURS YOU'RE WASTING IS INSANE

You don't know it because you don't care about your time, you don't care if your time is running out. You think you have a lot of it. You don't even know that time is the fastest thing on earth, nobody can catch it, nobody can stop it, nobody can hold it. All you can do is watch it pass away, time is the most powerful element in your life, use it wisely and it will reward you, squander a lot of it and it will punish you. Count the number of hours you are wasting everyday and you will be shocked.
