Fear is so easy to conquer, all you have to do is remember that it's just a feeling, fear is not real, what are you thinking will not happen. Fear is just a negative emotion, it's not really powerful, it becomes powerful because you are always focusing on it, you're the one who's giving it some power because you're so worried about what will happen tomorrow. Remind yourself that it's just an emotion, fear can never harm you, it can only make you worse, it can only make you out of your mind, it can never touch you nor move you.
1. Embrace it. Learn to embrace it, be one with it, always remember that it's just an emotion, it can never do something bad to you if you will not give it any power, feel it, look at it, let it run into your system. Because the more you resist it... the more it will become stronger, let it run into your system and stay cool while feeling it, never let it poison your mind. Never try to push away fear that fast because you will only go crazy by doing that, just feel it over and over again until it feels normal having it in your body.
2. Think slowly. If you're always panicking then fear will start to take over, think slowly, never let anything make you decisions that are not calculated. Be in a slow motion, think slowly but surely. You will understand later that fear is just normal and it's only a negative feeling that is also helpful if you use it the right way.
3. Decide. Make decision on your own, the reason why fear keeps on bugging you and controlling you is you can't decide on your own, make a stand, promise to yourself that whatever happens you will never regret anything. Decide for your own life, if you will take full responsibility of your life then fear can never touch you anymore.
4. Take actions right away. Inaction builds doubts and fears, always keep this in your mind. If you will move now and do the first step then fear will start to become weak. Courage starts during the first step. You can never have courage if you're always hesitating to do something. Take actions now and never hold yourself back. Taking massive actions will dominate your fear, it will be over written with hope and bravery.
5. Detach from anything that might happen. Freedom from outcome, detach from outcome. Never think about perfection, never think about greatness.... just do it. A lot of people were too soft and picky, they think about perfection and greatness but they can't even take the first step because they were too conservative. They were so cautions about what people are going to say, they were so afraid of being criticized.
6. Use it as a motivation. Use it as a motivation to move. Fear is a strong motivator. Afraid to go broke? work hard, afraid to get hungry? look for food, afraid to lose? give your best. Fear can be an important ingredient for success if you will use it the right way.
7. Have fun in anything that you do. Just have fun and fear will start to go away. Have fun in anything that you do, this is a game, this is a play. Just have fun and everything will be alright. Having fun will make you loose and creative, it will make you enjoy every second that is happening.
8. Breathe. Breathe deeply but slowly, breathing will make you think clearly, breathing will make you aware of what is going on, you will stop panicking if you focus on breathing. Breathing is being underestimated nowadays but it is very powerful if you will use it a lot more often.
