Hardwork is not about working for 9 hours a day straight, it is not about looking very tired and making people believe that you are really working hard. It is not about getting sympathy and appreciation from people because they saw you burning your own eyebrows.
Hardwork means you have to produce results, hardwork doesn't care if you worked 9 hours straight without break. The real hardwork is you know you've give everything you've got until you become successful.
Harwork means if you need to work for 24 hours straight then you should do it. Hardwork means you don't need to show people that you are working hard. Hardwork is simply working over and over again until you become successful. You simply do it, you don't care if you die working.
If you are failing it means you are not working hard, as simple as that. So don't ever make an excuse that you are working hard yet you still fail, that is a stupid excuse. If hardwork is human then he will slap you in your face after hearing that kind of statement.
Real hardworkers doesn't need to get sympathy from people, they are just focused on making results and becoming victorious. Real hardworking people never complain and make excuses, they just simply work and have fun all day long.
Hardwork means results, if you cannot make results then you better check yourself if you are really working hard, maybe you think you are working hard but the truth is you are working soft, you are a soft worker like a cotton candy. It is impossible that you will get zero results after grinding your ass off, that scenario only happens in movies.
Hardwork means success. If you keep on failing over and over again, you also need to keep on working harder and harder again until you become successful, Because that is the main and sole purpose of hardwork... to make you successful.
