There are some sacrifices that doesn't have any reward at all. I know you think that all sacrifices have some equivalent rewards but the truth is some doesn't have. Even if it is a big sacrifice, it still doesn't have any reward.
1. Sleeping over for a friend who hosts a party. You sacrifice your study just to attend a birthday party and sleep there to help your "friend" clean all the mess. Are you going to get something from it? It is a sacrifice because it eats a lot of you time and you didn't even have the time to study anymore. Now tell me was this sacrifice worth it?
2. Sacrificing a little. You sacrifice getting punched in a face because you are training for something like MMA. You wanted to be a UFC fighter but you will never take it seriously. Now tell me does your training for 5-7 months that is full of pain going to get any rewards because you will not even take it seriously?. You are just in that gym to look cool and so women will see you as a fighter. But the funny thing is you will not do it until the end. Those little sacrifices you did before will turn into nothing.
3. You sacrifice your lunch money to buy an NBA card. You are not eating during lunch break because you are saving your money to buy NBA cards. Then in the end you will get an ulcer because you have poor eating habits and your stomach was wrecked. Now tell me what do you get for that kind of sacrifice? Did you succeed, did you become an NBA player too?
4. Sacrificing your relationship for another person. This is the most bullshit sacrifice that you ever do... replacing your kind partner for another person. And then in the end you will regret that you replaced your good partner when you found out that the replacement was worse.
