You procrastinate for one hour and it will ruin your whole day, you will make a lost of stupid choices again and again, the day will be over and you haven't done anything significant to change your life yet. You are the one who is creating your own life and nothing else. You are the one who is sabotaging your own life. If something is hard you quit, it's because you didn't train your willpower enough to do hard things longer than what it needs to be, you are a quitter because you trained your mind and body to become one, you always stop when something uncomfortable sets in. You stop when a random thought appears and distracts you, you stop when you feel a little tired, you stop when you feel hungry, you stop when you think that it is a very long task and that is why you can't finish something, that is why there is nothing building. You are a quitter by choice, you quit and stop, quit and stop even if there is a small momentum going. You can't conquer your mind, you can't conquer yourself because you're not even trying at all, you always stop, rest and sleep, you always prioritize pleasures more than anything else. There is no plan, structure, foundation or whatever blueprint that you need to follow in order to make a little bit of momentum and carry on, you are always following the randomness of life, there is no strict schedule or quota to follow, there is no regimen that will improve your situation a little bit that is why you always feel stuck and weak. The cheat is this, if you want to become great don't do what the greats don't do. Because what they are doing seems to be overwhelming so you need to do it the other way, don't do what they don't do. They don't waste time, gossip, procrastinate, sleep for 12 hours, watch tv for 15 hours, eat a lot of junk, squander opportunities, slack off, slow down and quit. They are not playing, they are not wasting a lot of opportunities. If you want to become great like them then don't do what they don't do, this way of life will make you do things that are beneficial to your life, you will have more time and energy, you will have more willpower because you are undistracted and disciplined. Master not wasting time first, master the basics, cross out everything that is making you weak and slow and your life will change, as simple as that. You don't need to become great right away, you don't need to become a master of something, you just need to master the basics, stop wasting time, stop spending your energy to nonsense behaviors and you will automatically do tasks that are beneficial and useful for your own growth. Snowball effect is reel, one good deed will lead to another one, one productive hour will lead to another one, one positive action will multiply, you will have a stronger momentum, you will make it in life, you will find a way. Just take actions, take one step at a time that will make you closer and closer to your goal, do it, just don't think and just do it, you will make it if you will never stop.
