DEFINE THE STEPS AND MAKE A STAND

Just be fast, take the next step and that's it. The reason why you are slow is because you don't know what to do, you don't know what steps to take and you're always guessing. if you will define the steps that you need to take then you will have an easier time taking it and you can repeat it as much as you want. There should be a protocol, there should be a strict rules to impose on yourself if you want to become a relentless worker, if you want to become disciplined then define the food you need to take, the movies you need to watch, the time when you need to take an action, the thoughts you need to think when a random thought suddenly appear and is trying to slow you down. You can optimize yourself, you can become the best version of yourself if you are fast and not distracted. The reason why you are failing is because you don't have a structure, you are not committed, you are always doing random things that doesn't serve you at all. You love distractions and randomness, you love being disturbed and that is why you can't make a progress in life. Watch yourself all the time, are you making a stand for the steps that you need to take? or are you doing it for a short time and you will go back to your old weak habits again? It is what it is, if you want to change you need to force change or else nothing will change, you will live the same life over and over again. If you don't want to get distracted you need to push yourself to the limits and give everything you've got. Always be in a sense of urgency, always do something that will give you a momentum. If you will not commit to the process then you are wasting your time. You can't be half hearted here and expect to become successful. Push yourself to get better, define your identity, define the actions you need to take and focus on them every single day. The time for being slow, hesitant, lazy and sloppy is over, you need to take matters into your own hands and do whatever it takes to get to the next level. It is worth giving a try, you will feel more confident and strong when you are disciplined and focused on the things that will make you stronger each day. It's only just a matter of time before you make it. The time is now, what the hell are you waiting for? you have to do it if you really want it, you have to impose your will and be aggressive. Just take actions no matter what, just live your life and push yourself to the limits. You are what you repeatedly do, you are your habits and thinking, optimize yourself to get stronger everyday, focus on power, focus on being fast instead of being hesitant, lazy and slow. Move your body, the more you move the stronger you get. Use your willpower and stop being soft.
