When you're moving and giving your all, that's it, when you're taking actions then there is nothing to be afraid anymore. When you're taking risks and giving yourself a chance to win then that's victory itself because you're going all in and not wasting time what you should do. You will only feel like a loser if you haven't tried anything in your life. You should be scared when you're wasting time because that is the number one path to hell but if you're taking actions and doing the right thing and picking the best options available then there is nothing else to worry about.
