Don't eat shits, don't waste time, don't drown yourself with entertainment, don't drink and practice delayed gratification all the time... that's they key to power. You are powerless because you are consuming too much, you're consuming a lot of food and products that is why you are so weak and always feeling powerless. Deprive yourself of pleasures, procrastination, laziness and instant gratification... this is the only way to have a strong mind. A strong mind is a disciplined life and a disciplined life is a strong life. You will have more opportunities, victories and chances if you will become so disciplined. Discipline your thoughts and actions. What you say and what you think is what you will become, focus on the process of getting better and better each day and you will be able to thrive.
FOR THE NEXT HOUR
Just try this and you will feel much better. Deprive yourself of useless entertainment, lust, junk food, social media and procrastination. Just work hard, make sacrifices, study something, do what is needed and try to look for something to improve. Take care of your health and mentality, improve your discipline. You will feel much happier if you do this. Yes it is harder and boring but you will feel more proud of yourself rather than wasting your time and energy doing a lot of pleasures that are making you weak and sick. Stop living like a pig, don't waste your time and energy for meaningless pursuits. You need to wake up and do something more meaningful with your life. It is either you are going up or going down, there is no in between. Endure the pain, this will be the start of your change. Move faster, move with a purpose, live with a mission, don't just do something for the sake of having fun, something easy is not fun because it will make you worse and it will give you a worse life in the end. You will never be in the right position to win if you're always positioning yourself in a losing place. What do I mean by a losing place? you're not in the right frame of mind, you're thinking about lust, pleasures, weakness and fun all the time. Fun and pleasure is not real happiness. The real happiness is taking care of your mind and body, taking care of your family, pursuing a goal that will somehow inspire people... that is the real happiness. You will become inspirational if you will go all in and do the hard things that most people would not even dare to try. You can become great for the next hour, drop your cellphone, stop expecting a message or a notification. Just do your work and you will feel much better, you will feel stronger and younger... that is the power of taking actions that has a purpose and meaning. You can do it, start now and never stop. The key to power is deprivation, discipline your mind and actions, deprive yourself of entertainment, stop doing the same old habits that are comfortable but are useless and making you weak. Move towards your goal and never stop, that is the only way to become unstoppable.
