WHAT POWERS YOUR BODY AND MIND

The only way to upgrade your power, physical strength, mental game and tenacity is to become faster. Become an action taker and practice delayed gratification all the time. If you're having too much fun then you will fail, you will become weak. You need to practice discipline, deprive yourself of the things, food and activities that doesn't matter at all. Focus on what you want and stop focusing on what you don't want. Start taking actions now, take charge of your life and focus on the present. Ignore the fast, forget it and just let it go. The time for being great is now, drop everything that will never serve you even if it's fun and easy. Focus on your life, focus on doing something, focus on getting better. Stop being a bum, become a finisher. You will become weak if you're always immersing yourself with instant gratification. That is the number one habit of weak and losers... always pampering themselves, thinking that they deserve more even if they are doing very little in life. Face the discomfort, face the pain and never give up. Trust yourself, trust that you can win even if you're struggling. Trust that hard work pays off, trust that every action of yours is taking you somewhere closer to your goal. It's not that hard, you just need to move, you just need to force yourself to decide now and never put off till tomorrow what you can do today. Making sacrifices, doing what is hard, not doing something that is fun but stupid will take you to another level. It is simple but hard because you're so use to being lazy and acting like a bum all day long. That's why change is hard, it is hard but too simple and doable. All you need to do is avoid what is fun but stupid, avoid the easier and more stupid choices. Start focusing on what you don't want to do but will give you something in the future... that is how to improve your life. The quality of your life only depends on your ability to make sacrifices and repeat it over and over again. People who are weak and losing are the ones who can't discipline themselves. You need to get us to discomfort and boredom if you want to become a winner because you will only win and improve if you're embracing the work that are more important but really difficult. It is only had in the beginning, once you made it a habit... everything else will get easier. Your body will look for it, your mind will search for it, winning will get easier and easier if you manage to control your hunger for fun and useless actions. Because those useless actions are easy and giving you comfort but all it does in the end is put you on a worse position in life.
