LIFE IS NOT ABOUT FEELING GOOD ALL THE TIME

Depressed people are so depressed because they do not know that life is not all about feeling good all the time, you have to be aware that it's just another emotion that you are feeling and it's not a big deal. Emotions will come and go, you're happy now and you will become sad or mad later, you're feeling low now but there is a big chance that you will become very happy later. The key here is to stop making sadness a big deal and just feel it, if you have a problem just feel it, solve it if you can but if you can't then just don't think about it, let it be solved by itself but if you can't solve it then just accept it and focus on the more positive things of life. Your emotions were too overrated, you think it's the most important thing in your life but the truth is it's just another part of your life. Feeling good is not that important, surviving is. You need to prioritize your life, you need to take care of your life no matter how bad you feel or how bad your situation is. Never care if you're feeling bad... just power through, just push forward and see what will happen. And even if things gets worse.... so what? it's not in your control, the only thing you can control is your actions and thoughts. Focus on what you can control and you will feel very powerful. No matter what you're going through right now, neve wish for a better situation, embrace the situation and just give your best. Try to make it a little bit better every now and then but never feel sorry for yourself if you can't make a progress. Just give your very best and that's it, focus on what you can control and never try to resist anything that you don't want. Embrace the experience, fall in love with your life and always remember to push forward no matter what. 

It's your life, you are free, you are lucky because you're still alive. You can do whatever you want with your life, anything is possible so don't ever take any single second for granted, don't ever choose misery over positivity. There is a way, all you have to do is look for it. And even if you can't find it, just don't give up and you will win in the end. Always choose activity over inactivity, always choose believing in yourself over doubting yourself. Take charge and give everything you've got.

JUST TAKE ONE SMALL STEP

Take one small positive step, it can be anything, for as long as it is positive and is making you feel a little bit better... take it. Don't think about making it big yet, don't think about reaching the finish line, just one small positive step and then follow through. Your emotions will change if you're taking actions, you will feel stuck if you're procrastinating and not doing anything. Just do the first step and follow through, practice continuity, never stop until you finally reach the top. Stop thinking that there is a shortcut to the top, stop thinking that there is a hack. The only hack there is is forcing yourself to move, it's dragging yourself to do what is needed and having the discipline to never quit. It's simply about taking a million steps, there's no magic formula to success, it's all about willpower and enduring the pain, as simple as that. Just be fast in taking steps, avoid procrastinating, avoid hesitating and just do it. There's no right or wrong if your intention is good, all of your steps are right, stop judging yourself and always think that you're going to win. Believe in yourself, just show up and do whatever it takes to succeed. One positive small step is 100x better than not doing anything at all. Once you take the first step, never stop and you will be surprised with how far you go. Allow yourself to take actions, allow yourself to feel free and do what you want to do. Don't be afraid of losing, don't be afraid of making mistakes, this is life... it is not suppose to be perfect. 

You don't need to become powerful to take the next step, you just need a small amount of energy. Just make sure to follow through, take it slowly if you need to, use your own pace if you can't become fast but don't ever stop, don't waste any second, maximize your time and never squander any of it. 

STOP LOOKING FOR GOOD FEELINGS

Instant gratification, looking for appreciation, food, porn, drugs, stupid entertainment, looking for acceptance, wanting to become popular, wanting to have a new life.... these wants are destroying your life. Always looking for good feelings will make you worse, it will pull you down, it will become unappreciative. Emotions were not permanent, it come and go, it changes all the time. So if you're feeling bad right now, if you're overwhelmed and stressed... just wait for a few minutes and it will change. It all depends on the quality of your thoughts, if you keep thinking negative then you will feel worse. But if you are hopeful and positive then good feelings will come right away. It's just a feeling, it's not real, don't let your feelings define you, don't let your emotions take over. You have to prioritize the journey, give more importance to the experience. Embrace everything in life and you will feel much lighter and better. So what if you feel bad? so what if you're not cool? so what if you're not thriving? it's ok but don't ever take your life for granted, you still have to give yourself a chance to win because you owe it to yourself. Good feelings will come if you're doing something positive, you will feel worse if you're just lying on bed overthinking, you will feel so sick if you're just watching TV or doing the mindless scrolling in your cellphone, stand up and make yourself productive. Don't waste your time because it will really make you feel weak. If you are productive then you will fee so powerful.
