Every new idea has an inspiration. I don't think that there is really a pure original idea that didn't get any small details from other ideas.
The painters, the poets, the musicians, writers.. all of them have inspiration and they copied some parts of other's works and mixed it up with their own work. The result is another idea is formed and people thought of it as original. Some people will look at it as very original while some will noticed that it has similarities with other works.
Don't be afraid to get some inspiration from others but don't copy their work, my advice is take some parts of their ideas, learn from it, be inspired from it and then start your own idea.
Every successful people don't know what to do in the beginning, they look for some inspiration and then start with their own. Don't be afraid to mix things up. You can become very creative using other ideas and mixing it with your own.
