This is the way, no hesitation, no doubts, no worries and just do it. Take actions and never give up. No matter what thought is distracting you... finish what you've just started, focus on winning, focus in taking the best steps that will put you on top. Never think about anything else, never let people stop you, never let circumstances define you, define yourself and never give up. Your character will be revealed once an adversity is testing you. You have to keep on holding on and never give up, never stop, face your fears even if it is too uncomfortable. At the end of the day you will only know who you really are when things are hard. So remind yourself about who you are and what you will do. It's not about what you can do, it's nota bout the past, it's in the present moment, who do you want to be in times of troubles, what are you going to do when something is trying to defeat you and kick your ass? how are you going to respond? This is the way, face it and never give up, never back down to any challenge, never act like you can't do something, you can make a move, you can push yourself to the limits. Nothing can stop you if you will take matters into your own hands. So stop being a chicken and just do it. Forget the past and just take actions as much as you can.
