Incubus is one of those timeless bands that has a unique music. They play funk, alternative, rap rock, etc. They were very artistic in making songs. They don't make song for the sake of just creating songs. They do it with love, passion, hardwork and dedication. They were a positive band and they were very serious in what they are doing. It seems like their lives were paired with music and they cannot live without it. Incubus has been one of my favorite bands for decades. I am a big fan of their music since I was in high school. I think I know 90 percent of their songs. I even play some of their music in my guitar. Every time they have a new release album, I will purchase it right away or listen to you tube. At some pint in my life I became addicted to their music and it is my remedy for loneliness. I found out that some of their songs were a little bit motivational and it has a very good positive message. It has an acoustic version as well that will also somehow alter the way your see things. This song blew my mind away the first time I hear it. I feel strong, I feel like I want to slay a dragon. I feel like I am holding myself back for so long and this is the time to burst in flames.

It means you are open to what the future brings and you are ok with change, You want to drive a journey and make decisions on your own. This song is very simple but the guitar riffs is genius, the first time you hear the intro.. you will fall in love with it immediately. It is a very positive song with a very positive message. Listen to it if you are a little bit lost in your life and you will be able to drive your way back home to who you are.

3. Privilege. This one is heavy, the riffs are heavy, the song is heavy and the message is heavy too. It says the day you were born you are free and that is your privilege. It says you can be who you wanted to be, you are free to pursue what you wanted to pursue. Being born in this world is enough, you don't need anything. All you need to do is be yourself and go after your dreams. Everyone who is born in this world is rich and was given a privilege to follow his dreams and create his own life. It is up to you how you wanted to live your life. Most people can't find the meaning of life because they were looking outside, they don't know that in order to become successful and happy you have to be yourself and invest in yourself. Never look for the things that you don't have, instead appreciate your life and make the best out of it.

4. Make yourself. This song is very simple, heavy and straight to the point. Make yourself, create yourself because if you will not... others will create it for you. "If you let them make you, they'll make you paper mache, At a distance you're strong, until the wind comes then you crumble and blow away" This is a very strong message, people are creating you only to find out in the end that it makes you very weak. You thought people whom you are following is giving you a good life but in the end you will realize that you become dependent to their rules. 5. Redefine. This song will make you pumped up too. It is a fast pace song, a little bit of funk rock but more of a rap rock. Its message is to see things through your own eyes. People nowadays were so great they know what is good for you, they know everything, they will influenced you with their own definition of life.
