The reason why you feel like a loser and always scared is because you're lazy and hesitant. You're letting your fears own you instead of owning them. You need to make connections in your brain, disrupt the pattern that is not serving you at all. You have to make something magical by facing your fears, you can only win if you will feel you fears and move anyway. Any fear is just an emotion, it is nothing, you have to keep in mind that feeling fear is normal, what's bad is you're letting it immobilize you. You have to push yourself to move even if you're shaking and crumbling, it doesn't matter if you're tired, it doesn't matter if you're anxious or trembling in fear... just do it and give everything you've got, use your strength no matter what. Your fears will go away every time you face it and do what you are suppose to do. It is what it is, it's going to be stressful but so what? you can still move despite of your emotions, you can still do something despite of feeling weird and uncomfortable. It's just an emotion, you don't need to make it a big deal, anything is just an emotion. Nothing is important, nothing is big, nothing is urgent, what makes it special is you think that it is too important, if you will just think that it's nothing and super ordinary then you will never become scared of it anymore. Focus on the task infront of you and conquer it, it doesn't matter if you win or lose, what matters is you try and you allow yourself to make mistakes and be free. Outwork your fears, just work hard, push yourself to the limits and you will discover a different side of you that is no longer intimidated of fears.
