DEPRIVATION EQUALS GREATNESS




When you deprive yourself of unhealthy but delicious foods, gossips, negativity, useless entertainment, alcohol and laziness then you will get better and better. You don't need to do something special here, all you need to do is stay disciplined and greatness will come. Just stay focused to what you want and do something that will make you a little bit better, as simple as that. You don't need to consume a lot of junk. You don't need to have many friends, you don't need to do a lot, you don't need to do everything. You just need to be good, stay basic and that's it. Force yourself to do the right thing all the time. There are only ew things that you need to do in order to become great. One is pick the work that will give you money, two is pick a healthy habit that will make you fit, three is focus, four is get some rest. It's too simple and basic yet you can't do it because you're full of crap. You need to make an inventory of yourself and check out where your focus is going to. 

YOU ARE THE DISTRACTION

It's not the news, it's not the facebook, it's not your toxic friends, it's not the video games nor the television... You, you are the distraction. You are distracting yourself because you easily get tempted with stupidity that doesn't even help you to move the needle. You're too in love with uselessness and nonsenseness that is why you couldn't even make a progress. Stop distracting yourself with stupid things that doesn't even matter, you're better than that. It's better to be flipping burgers at McDonalds, at least you're earning some money and you can pay your bills rather than doing a lot of garbage stuffs that makes your life worse. Look at yourself every now and then, you are destroying yourself by being unfocused and wild, you're too wild and free, your life is too easy. Even if you don't admit it, your life was too easy because you're not pushing yourself to become better, you simple accept that you're a bum and can never achieve anything. Stop being a distraction to yourself, you're better than that.  

CREATING A BREAKTHROUGH

Force your body to move, force your mind to think. Create a monster inside of you that wants to keep pushing even if the odds were not in favor of you... still keep going and keep grinding. At one point in your life there will be a breakthrough, you just need to be patient, you just need to keep going and grinding. Don't think about winning, don't think about being great, just focus on the process and be the fastest that you can be, a breakthrough will happen if you're focused on taking the next step and not thinking about the prize. The prize will come, all you need to do is wait while working hard and that's it. It's too simple and easy, just push yourself to the limits and never give up. You can become a different animal if you will stay disciplined, stay intentional and focus on what you're trying to achieve. Dreaming about big things requires a lot of strength and you will only become powerful if you are serious in trying to achieve your goals. all of your time, thoughts and actions should go to trying to improve yourself, never waste an energy doing something that is making you weaker and slower. You can upgrade at any give time, all you need to do is drop your cellphone and never use it for something that is not about greatness or improvement. 

NEVER GIVING UP IS A HEALTHY HABIT

It makes you feel good, it makes you feel stronger, it gives you confidence. It's a habit that you must try to develop every single day. It's easy to quit, everyone does it but if you will never give up for the rest of your life then you will win. Success is not about getting it fast, success is about not giving up. It's very simple to train your mind to not give up, just focus on the next step and the next one and the next one. You can win by simply not giving up, it's a marathon not a sprint, it's ok if you are slow, it's ok if the progress was just .0009% just don't stop moving forward and always believe that something good will happen in just a matter of time. All you can do is move forward and that's it, it's not that complicated, it's too simple, every action is the right action so stop judging yourself whenever you're struggling. Every step will lead to another so just keep going and believe that a breakthrough will happen. Believing is the hardest thing to do but it's the most important thing that you must do. Just one more step and that's it, keep following through, keep taking another one. It doesn't matter if you feel stuck, just take that step and see what will happen next. 

IF YOU STRUGGLE SO BE IT

If you fail you fail, if you're wrong you're wrong, if it's not for you it's not for you, so be it. But don't ever take your life for granted, don't ever complain that the world and life is unfair if all you did is waste your time and energy for useless things. This is survival of the fittest, if you're not willing to commit yourself to build a strong mind then you will fail, you will go crazy. That's why it's important to deprive yourself, make sacrifices and choose the harder path but with potential rewards in the future so that you will always be ready for challenges. Stop spoiling yourself, you're not special, stop being a victim, stop complaining all the time that life is hard to you, you are the one who is making your life more difficult. You have to force fate and struggle if you need to just to produce something positive. If you can't control something so be it, focus on what you can control and that is your effort and willpower.
