CHOOSE FORCING YOURSELF OVER GOOD FEELINGS

JUST DO IT, stop thinking about it... just do it, whatever it takes to finish it... finish it and never stop until you're done.

Force yourself to act, even if you feel bad just do the first step. Forget about your feelings, it is nothing, it has nothing to do with success, all it does is give you the wrong thoughts and introduce you to quitting.

Force yourself to move, your mind is still thinking right, your body is still strong... why not move? it's free, it will make you feel good, if you're feeling bad not it simply means you're not moving at all.

You will feel good in just a matter of time, the more you move the more you get stronger and better.

The great ones can force themselves to move despite of feeling so bad, they can still take actions even if they were bleeding, they always knew that movement is the key to success and nothing else.

It's just a matter of looking at the things that will improve your life. Can sleeping make you rich? can resting too much improve your life? can watching tv for 12 hours straight while eating pop corn going to build your dreams? literally you know what to do, you're just pretending that you don't know it because you don't want to work hard, you don't have the courage to force yourself to take actions because you're so afraid of getting tired, you're so afraid to fail, you're so afraid that your efforts might get wasted.

Stop choosing good emotions, stop choosing chilling over taking some actions. Force yourself to move, that is what it's all about. It's only hard in the beginning but once you mastered it, you will be surprised with the accomplishments that you are getting day by day.

Rewire your brain, program it, always think that moving and making small progress is far way better than just resting and doing nothing. Don't get addicted to procrastination, get addicted to taking action because it's the only way to become successful.

Once you open your eyes after sleeping, the moment you first open your eyes... take action immediately, don't wait to feel good, don't wait to feel better and become comfortable because it will never come, looking for good emotions will never help you at all.

It's more fun getting some small results than taking a vacation or sleeping the whole day, don't get jealous with people who are always having a good time, never mind if they can sleep all day and do nothing... it's their life, they can do whatever they want with it but in the end... they will lose a lot, they will have a lot of regrets because they spend their lives too much for resting and being a mediocre.

Don't worry because once you're taking action... you will feel better in a while, you will feel good, just try to enjoy what you're doing and that's it. It will be easy if you will start moving now and forget about the other things that will happen, focus on the first step and the next one and the next one.
