If things are hard... all you can do is give your best, you have no choice but to do it. If you can't win then just try to avoid regrets. Regrets will happen if you take your life for granted and didn't give everything you can. Force yourself to win the situation, no matter what happens... you need to give everything you've got because it's the only way to become successful.
Just keep doing your thing, keep giving your best every single second, it doesn't matter if it looks bad. Giving your best doesn't mean producing masterpieces, it doesn't mean you need to produce a perfect execution.... what comes out from your skills, be confident about it.
A lot of people were really good but they are afraid to give their best for whatever reason, maybe they are shy, maybe they think that they are not perfect. This kind of mentality usually lead to regrets and failure. You know what? bravery is better than perfection.
Don't be afraid to express your feelings and emotions, don't be afraid to use all of the skills that you have. You have the opportunity now, why not give everything you can?
