You can turn worries into belief by simply moving, just move, find solutions. Worries were created because of inaction, you will lose your confidence if you're not doing something positive.
If you will just move and focus on solution then you will start to believe confidence in yourself, that small momentum you can create from taking action can go very far, it can give you large amount of success if you keep being consistent.
If you can't believe then just take actions, do something positive that will give you a chance to change the outcome of your life.
Worries will become bigger and bigger if you keep thinking about your problems, it will turn into fear that will eat your mind, you will go crazy, you will go down... do you want that?
So instead of worrying why not do something? do something productive. If you still can't figure out what to do, give yourself sometime... go out and walk, go out and run... sweat, you need to be doing something, you need to stay active so that your mind will not worry.
Belief is easy to create if you will just move, forget about the future, forget about what might happen next. If it will happen then it will happen but your goal must be removing all the worries inside of your head.
Worrying will never help you, remind yourself about that... why not choose movement over worry? if you worry a lot you will become lazy, you will become crazy, you would love to move but you can't because your mind has already been poisoned.
Something that powers your mind. It is about motivation, self discipline, mental toughness, success, self development, achieving goals, techniques and ways to give you advantages in life.
