DO WHAT YOU DOES BEST EVEN IF THEY CAN'T APPRECIATE YOU

Where are you good at? what makes you happy? what makes you feel successful? do it, do it everyday even if they can't appreciate you, so what if they can't give you the appreciation that you deserve? you don't need them, what you need is your passion. If you're really passionate about something then you will do it everyday even if you're not earning some money from it.

Do what you does best because it will make you happy and satisfied, it will give you freedom and joy. It's better to do something where you're good at and not getting any rewards from it rather than doing something that you hate because it will only make you suffer.

The right people will appreciate you, if you keep doing what you're doing then you will be appreciated one day. Perseverance is the key here, you need to persevere no matter what, you need to give your best every single day of your life.

Seeking for appreciation will make you weak, seeking for reward will make you unmotivated. If you're passionate in something then just do it everyday even if you feel that you're not being rewarded. People will hate you, people will love you... it's the same. Your job is to do what you does best and keep growing from it.
