HOW TO ANSWER AND ASK WITH CONFIDENCE

If you're not going to ask with confidence then you will never get the right answer, if you will not answer with confidence then they will never believe you.

Confidence plays a major role in your success, if you don't have it the you will always fail no matter how good you are. Confidence will always thrive in difficult situations, people who have it will always get ahead of others who doesn't have it. Being overconfident is better than not having any confidence at all. Confidence is the barometer for your success, the more you have it... the more you will go further because you will keep on taking actions no matter what. People who looks confident but not taking actions are fake, they are just manipulating you for their own good, if they are really confident then how come they are not doing anything to make their situation better?

If you want to ask with confidence then you better make yourself look big, stand up straight and speak clearly, don't speak fast, look into the eyes of the person you are asking to. Look her in the eyes, speak with a loud voice and make her feel that you mean business. Make her feel that you are serious in getting answers, impose your will and ask more if the answers aren't clear. Make her feel that you will not go away if you can't get an answer. Be in a slow motion stop eating your words, speak clearly and make an eye to eye contact. Make her feel your power but try not to look arrogant, real confidence doesn't need to impress, it only needs to be felt by others.

Same as answering a question... you have to answer boldly with a strong voice, never let them feel that you are rattled or else they will doubt you. Never rush the answer, think for a few seconds and then give the answer, speak calmly with eye to eye contact.

It's all about feeling confidence, it's all about not being shy, if you want a good answer and a good response... speak with confidence, never mind getting rejected just speak with confidence and good things will happen to you.
